I got 2 times that vape 500 puffs it's a lie I did more then a 100 and it's dead horrible product never again

VuseGo are the worst e-Cigs, they say that they have up to 500 puffs or 40 cigarettes a day but this isn't true as they run out 3 hours after purchase even when you don't use it that much, I bought 2 yesterday and BOTH have ran out already. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and instead by more substantial products like Lost Mary

Picked up at local garage thought it looked classy and not a rip off.
This thing lasted 3 hours and I only bought it late yesterday afternoon.

I'm extremely disappointed in this product. At first I thought it was great but shortly realized the refills overheat, giving the pods a different taste. I also had to replace the pens or whatever you call them because the quickly stop charging. I've already bought like 8 or 10 of them because I like them and at first they worked for me but now I'm starting to realize, what's my next move. ??? I feel this is a cheap ass product and I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Bought a disposal vape that claimed to have 500+ puffs but clearly this is not the case!! I had previously bought a vape from VUSE as well and the same thing happened, so after 2 x experiences, I am not convinced these actually do what they say on the packet which is a shame. To claim so many puffs and not deliver is disappointing.

Vapes won't recharge after about two weeks. Pods randomly leak. Ironically, once the prices for the pods and vapes increased considerably, the quality of both just dropped. After three years of using Vuse products, now the contacts on the vapes get rusted and won't charge.

An unexpectedly excellent service from Alessio. His helpfulness, court eousness and patience was way above the³ call of duty.

In general OK, but... the repeat volume orders are ALWAYS out of stock. It seems to be a scam to get you interested, then never available so you must pay the higher price

Only lasted for a day! And I don’t even vape much! I have had many vapes in the past which last me nearly a week! This is an awful product and waste of money! Absolutely disgraceful! Avoid wasting your money and these vapes 😞

Awful product. Lasted about 10 puffs each vape and wouldn't refund

Worst vape I've had to date, battery died within 50 puffs. Total waste of money.

Worst vape experience ever. The only consistent thing you get with alto is pods leaking and prices going up. The issues only get worse and worse over the years.

My wife buys the disposable ones and they are crap says 500 puffs total crap crap crap waste of money .... last about 2 hours before it flashes . Toatal con Elf bar last 3 times as long.

Poor quality and inconsistency are the hallmarks of Vuse. Don’t waste your time or money on this junk or with this poor excuse of a company. garbage.

500 puffs ,but only 350

I purchased 10 packs with same day delivery and was sent the wrong flavour.
I sent an email and a lady from the customer service was rude and unprofessional.
At first she asked me for evidence to back up my claim (she could have checked that I have been a long term gold subscriber and client and never once issued a complaint) and then saying that before shipping the correct flavour she would need to have the wrong items back to the warehouse (making me feel as if I was trying to mug them off, not once but twice).
I would advice that if you make a mistake you should go above and beyond to redeem yourself. Treating customers who pay for your services like this is vey bad for your business.

I've had 4 of these Vuse Go disposables that claim to be up to 500 puffs. I'd like to think that "up to 500 puffs" would get me close to 500, at least 400 but what a joke, I don't think it's even above 250. Runs out way too quickly. Won't be buying these again.

Shoddy product, and certainly nowhere even close to "500" puffs, up to or otherwise. This company wants nothing but your money

Been a Vuse customer for almost 2 years. Shipping has been a nightmare (30 days +), quality has declined horribly (every couple 2 packs have at least 1 pod that does not vape or leaks) and the subscription service has been an on again/off again fiasco since it started. The topper has been availability and the enormous price increase. Goodbye VUSE and RJ Reynolds, forevermore.
