Very-Unpleasant-Smoking-Experience = VUSE. I have been discarding at least 2 out 4 creamy tobacco pods due to bad taste or leak 🙁 did one last order a week ago going to a 6mg pod and all of the pods have all been binned. Clearly the quality control is poor and they seem to be willing to accept this from their suppliers in China. Vuse you can clearly see considerable negative feedback from loyal customers so I hope you are taking action with your supplier who is clearly laughing all the way to bank !!!!! All R j reynolds wants us your money. The pods don't work half the time. The stores you buy them from won't exchange them or give you a refund. R j reynolds won't replace them either. They don't even use America workers to make, or take your questions. They are nothing but a rip off company. Do not buy vuse products, they'll rip you off.

These pods are great when they work, but there's almost ALWAYS 1 dud in every multi pack. I've bought them in 4 packs for a long time, averaging only 3 pods per 4 pack lately. At the outrageous price these days, that's throwing away $9 per 4 pack. I'm done with these and am going tomorrow to look for alternatives.

My order was for the same day delivery no tracking no information today is the third day and I’m still waiting???????
Called them they said we will update u in 30 minutes by email.
After few hours no one contacted me .
This will be my last order never order again.

Absolutely terrible, probably had 50 puffs and it ran out, this is false advertising, will never buy these again and will let everyone I know what tripe they are.

"Vuse Go" Price is ok. But the battery life is absolutely rubbish. The amount of puff it says is absolutely wrong and misleading. I won't be buying vuse go anymore and will not be recommending to anyone.

Bought $20 fume that lasted maybe 200 puffs. Brought it back and 2nd one same thing. Both were full of juice. Junk

Bought the vuse go xl 1500 puffs for 21$ and well that was a complete lie more like a few hundred I would avoid all vuse go products i could have gotten a bottle of vape juice for that price and would have lasted me longer what a scam

I'm very disappointed I wasted money on a 4 pack of vuse menthol pods 5% and they all leaked and didn't last near as long as they usually do for me either I want a free pack that has no leakage or I want my money back...

This product sucks the vusego never last any longer than 12 hours so for that price you might as well smoke. 3 in a row now and vise won't do anything about it and the stores don't give a crap. Buyer beware.

I'm thankful that this is my first 2 pack, and will be my last. What a waste of my hard earned money. The stupid third won't charge...so I bought another charger, and that one isn't working either.

A note to new people looking for something better....keep looking!!

Well shocking customer service, as ever if anything goes wrong they just refer to their TCs never offer a solution but happy to take your money on subscription but not actually deliver on time scales or pretty much anything else. Before they were taken ove they were great not British Tobacco as driven them into the ground no shock there on this company that’s for sure

Should be able to give this awful product no stars like it truly deserves. Claims to last 500 puffs- no way in hell does it last that long! Thought the first one I bought was just from a bad batch so bought another 2- because everyone deserves a second chance🙄 won’t be buying this again, ever

I hate buying these but sometimes it's the only one My local shop has and everytime, I have between 50 and 100 puffs and it runs out

I have been vaping vuse for a few years now and the quality of the product has gone down drastically. I used to be able to exchange the cartridges at the store when I opened them in front of the clerk. Now, the stores are refusing to exchange the cartridges because they say “they are good.” Which is not the true. The vape liquid is very dark almost brown.

I used their products for 2 years off and on, it got to the point where I had a collection about 30 pods that were fully filled but would not work or tasted like burnt metal after 2-3 hits. Of course the gas stations told me to contact the company, never got a response. BE ADVISED, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAULTY AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. After doing some research, this is a trend that goes back for 2 years. This company knows about it but still markets these products. That should tell you all you need to know.
