I can't comment on the product because I HAVEN'T GOT IT! My review is of the non existent customer service. An advert saying they have far too many in stock so are discounting them and then once an order is placed, you are told it is a PRE-ORDER...No further response to emails given once they have taken the money!!!

Like all the other one star reviews. This company said they had the items in stock. So planning for an upcoming road trip with my dogs I ordered them. The order said it would arrive with 3 day shipping then the next day I got an email that said it wouldn’t ship out until October 5th. At the end of that day I emailed them because I never got a shipping number. The next morning I get this email at 5:30 AM

So on the 6th, I email them that I still haven’t received a tracking number. I emailed again. This time I get a response at 2:30 AM

Guess what at 10:00 PM still no tracking number.

I spent a lot of money on 3 beds. All I wanted was a real update and was hopeful anbout these beds. instead I got an AI scam.

Placed an order during the Labor Day sale (9/7/26) and was emailed that they actually did not have the stock to fulfill my order. Although a refund was offered, they pleaded that I wait for the restock, to which I complied. On 9/26/26 I received an email saying my order was set to ship out on the expected restock date of 10/5/26 with no further delays. 10/5/26 came and passed with no communication from the company. I reached out on 10/6/26, to which they promptly responded saying their processing was taking much longer than expected and there would be delays. They offered a measly 10% discount to keep me on the hook for an indefinite amount of time. I responded requesting a refund and they've not acknowledged the request. I'm now working with my bank to repossess my funds. I recommend avoiding this company.

I also ordered a bed during the Labor Day sale. I received a note, like many of you, saying that they didn't have the order in stock and asked me to wait a few weeks. I have been waiting patiently. They said it would ship on Oct 5th--I haven't received a notification that it shipped. I think this company is a FRAUD and a SCAM. It also appears that AI is writing their fake responses. I will be reporting them as a fraud to my credit card company to get my $ back. I'm bummed cuz I should not have wasted a month on this product.

Product came way quicker than I thought and it’s a wonderful product! I’ve had a dog safety seat in my car for four years, but this one has much more protection. In the past when I’ve had to step on the brakes suddenly there was no padding to keep him from flying into the seat in front of him. This is an excellent car seat and he loves it! He seems much more relaxed in the seat.

I have a 19 lb dog and got the medium but I wish I would have gotten the large as he's to big for it. I also fluffed the pillows in the dryer as advised and it did melt a spot on one of the pillows but since its zipped inside I wasn't worried about it. I also couldnt get the straps that go around the back of the seat to tighten to the seat. My dog hates it mostly but he likes that he can see out the window. I like it better then him wondering around my back seats while driving. I still have to have someone come with me to make sure he doesnt try and crawl out the side even though I have his harness clipped in.

Lou’s Car Dock Car Seat was so easy to put together and install, and it fit perfectly in the back seat of our car. On our very first ride, Lou was so comfortable that he immediately fell asleep! 🥹🐾 When he’s awake, he can easily see out the window and enjoy the ride.

It’s comfortable, secure, and incredibly easy to use. A 10/10 experience from Lou and me — we highly recommend this car seat for all our furry friends! ❤️🐶

They won’t ship the bed. They keep moving the shipment date. Appears to be AI response. It’s been a month. I think it’s terrible a company exploits an owners love for their pet and then doesn’t send merchandise. HORRIBLE. AVOID AVOID

This response message from the company is a SCAM. they have blocked me on socail media and on their What's App way of contacting them. They ARE A SCAM. This is an AI response. Does this sound legitimate to you? SCAM~!!!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I had initially contacted them to ask a question about use of the dock in the boot and it was answered within 12 hours at the weekend! I then waited for the XL to be back in stock which didn't take long. The actual bed has surpassed expectations and my puppy is now finally happy in the car! Thank you so much 😊

We are so impressed with this product and the outstanding customer support. The material is heavy and the zippers are strong. Every inch of it says “quality”. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit in the backseat of our 4Runner. Making the return was easy and we received a full refund.

Overall well made, wish the connection points were slightly longer and the base was stiffer because it falls off the seat slightly and the our dog cant use the whole thing when laying down

I’m very pleased with my dog’s new car seat/travel bed. It’s extremely well made and fits like a dream in the front passenger seat. My dog loves it and looks very comfortable in it. I had a few questions so I emailed Max and he came back very quickly with all the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a safe, stylish, practical and comfortable driving experience for their dogs.

The product is excellent and I have had 2 different dogs in the small basket and they both settled so well. I had a problem with a cushion and this was dealt with really well by the company who responded very quickly. The basket is really good quality and it is really easy to move around the car which works well for me.

It gives me comfort that my dog would be safe in a crash. He does like it and fell asleep in it during his first time riding in it. The only thing is the fabric gets hot quickly in the sun.

My Tilly loves it. She is right at home as we ride around. She was not a fan of her first carseat so that’s how I know this one is a winner!

I have a Nissan 350Z and was concerned that this wasn’t going to fit in my car. I ordered the medium size for my 38 pound dog and was pleasantly surprised it fits perfectly. There is no way the large would have fit but the medium is just right. So for all of you that have a 2 seater and wonder about fit I can attest the medium works.
The bed is high quality and I am extremely pleased with my purchase so far!

Please beware of this company. I ordered one of their beds (relatively high value item) at the weekend, the bed seems to vanished in the black hole of couriers, despite Royal Mail saying they are waiting for the item and have been waiting for it since Tuesday. I emailed the company yesterday and my actual concerns were not addressed, it felt like a standard AI message, linking me to the tracking link which is what I've been looking at and where my concerns came from. Looking at the reviews from others this seems to be a scam, so avoid at all costs.

Recieved the dog dock for the car and it was easy to assemble and install. Have had the dog dock for about a month and our dog is so much more comfortable and calm during car rides now! We like the dog dock/bed so much we recommended it to two family members whose dogs don't enjoy car rides.

I ordered a dog dock during the labor day sale. A few days later a received an apologetic email from Max that he oversold and my item was out of stock. It was just the color, not a huge deal. I was offered a different color, my order would be prioritized plus express two day shipping. The email exchange itself took 3 days. Ok. Days go by, no shipping update. I email Max requesting an update. He responded it would ship that day. Two to three days go by, no shipping notification. I email again, this time requesting a refund because my order still hadn't shipped. Lo and behold, it suddenly ships. Ugh. Fine. So I expect my order in 2 days. Nope again! It was shipped ground and have to wait almost a week. I do not recommend buying from Wagging Rights.

The beds are really good quality and they look good and they’re easy to install and my dogs love them. There was a bit of a delay in mine coming but I appreciated the fact that they kept emailing me to explain the reasons which were for sure out of their control….. really good product
