The product is excellent and I have had 2 different dogs in the small basket and they both settled so well. I had a problem with a cushion and this was dealt with really well by the company who responded very quickly. The basket is really good quality and it is really easy to move around the car which works well for me.

It gives me comfort that my dog would be safe in a crash. He does like it and fell asleep in it during his first time riding in it. The only thing is the fabric gets hot quickly in the sun.

My Tilly loves it. She is right at home as we ride around. She was not a fan of her first carseat so that’s how I know this one is a winner!

I have a Nissan 350Z and was concerned that this wasn’t going to fit in my car. I ordered the medium size for my 38 pound dog and was pleasantly surprised it fits perfectly. There is no way the large would have fit but the medium is just right. So for all of you that have a 2 seater and wonder about fit I can attest the medium works.
The bed is high quality and I am extremely pleased with my purchase so far!

Please beware of this company. I ordered one of their beds (relatively high value item) at the weekend, the bed seems to vanished in the black hole of couriers, despite Royal Mail saying they are waiting for the item and have been waiting for it since Tuesday. I emailed the company yesterday and my actual concerns were not addressed, it felt like a standard AI message, linking me to the tracking link which is what I've been looking at and where my concerns came from. Looking at the reviews from others this seems to be a scam, so avoid at all costs.

Recieved the dog dock for the car and it was easy to assemble and install. Have had the dog dock for about a month and our dog is so much more comfortable and calm during car rides now! We like the dog dock/bed so much we recommended it to two family members whose dogs don't enjoy car rides.

I ordered a dog dock during the labor day sale. A few days later a received an apologetic email from Max that he oversold and my item was out of stock. It was just the color, not a huge deal. I was offered a different color, my order would be prioritized plus express two day shipping. The email exchange itself took 3 days. Ok. Days go by, no shipping update. I email Max requesting an update. He responded it would ship that day. Two to three days go by, no shipping notification. I email again, this time requesting a refund because my order still hadn't shipped. Lo and behold, it suddenly ships. Ugh. Fine. So I expect my order in 2 days. Nope again! It was shipped ground and have to wait almost a week. I do not recommend buying from Wagging Rights.

The beds are really good quality and they look good and they’re easy to install and my dogs love them. There was a bit of a delay in mine coming but I appreciated the fact that they kept emailing me to explain the reasons which were for sure out of their control….. really good product

Deceptive advertising practices. I purchased a dog bed and did not receive as advertised 3 to 5 day DHL delivery. I sent them an email asking about my order and 1.5 week later they said that it was a pre order when they are advertising that they have too many dog beds and do not have storage space! I have requested for a refund and have not received my refund. This company should NOT be trusted.

This company is a scam. Ordered on 9/7 told on 9/9 they don’t have what I ordered in stock and won’t for several weeks. Initiated a refund on 9/9.

No contact from the company until I posted my first trust pilot review. After that review, I received an immediate follow up saying I would be refunded. This company did not initiate my refund until 9/16. That means I have to wait an additional 5 to 7 days for my money. By the time I get my refund, it will almost be a month of this company holding onto my money and not sending me my order.

This is a scam. Buyer beware.

My puppy LOVES his Wagging Rights dog bed. I purchased the XL as he is a growing puppy AKITA and he has never been happier traveling in the car with me. He is able to sit up or lay down completely stretched out and sleep. He enjoys it so much that he actually grunts at me when I am trying to take him out of the car! With all other dog beds, he couldn't wait to get out. The bed came quickly when ordered and the bed was easy to put together and secure in the car ... I latch him in and am confident that he is safe in the bed in the backseat. I am so happy with my purchase that I ordered 2nd one for my other car!

Like some others, ordered beds during the Labor Day sale. Not available, offered simple choice no questions asked and I chose REFUND. Still waiting. SCAM.
Not sure "Max" is even real. The website today shows all sized and colors as IN-STOCK. Horrible scammers. STAY AWAY AND DON'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY.

Pictures are deceiving!! I am not satisfied with this bed. It is not as long as it appears in your ads and not enough room on the bed itself for my dog. I am not a fan of your product. The idea is good, (the safety features) but needs improvement. The cushions are way too fluffy for my dog to even comfortably get in it (80 lb German short haired pointer) and the bed itself needs to be longer to fit the whole back seat of my car as it looks in all the ads. Misleading!
(Sneaky how you guys email me, asking for my review, but sneakily put two links in the email. If you click “good”, it sends you to this review. But if you click “needs improvement” it doesn’t send you here but to another site that doesn’t post your actual “bad” review. You guys are screening all your good reviews to show here and NONE of your bad ones. That’s also DECEIVING. Unethical)

Ordered my large bed, which was listed as out of stock but I could pre order.
Kept up to date on the delivery process.
When bed arrived I followed instructions on putting it together.
My dog loves it. He is not a great car traveller, but I think because this cushions him on all side he feels more secure and settles much better. Easy to carry back indoors with the handles as well.

GREAT PRODUCT AND DOGS LAYED DOWN ON IT RIGHT AWAY. DELIVERY WAS EFFICIENT

Ugh, Facebook ads got me again. Purchased this a month or so ago and just got to opening up the package to try it out. The box advertised that it was “Made in China,” and that is exactly the quality that I got. The zippers on the shell were malfunctioning - when I closed it, the other side was opening (had to open and close a few times before it stayed zipped), and one of the pillows/stuffing had already busted and when I fluffed it out as they vacuum pack it, it was blowing out microfibers. We will see how it withstands time, but the first impression has already said a lot. If anybody is reading this review hope it balances it out with all the glowing reviews that it pushes to have a more balanced perspective and lead to better consumer choices!

Ordered during Labor Sale and learned they didn't have the items in stock even though I got a confirmation of my order email. I received an email saying stock would be in 3 weeks and asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund. I asked for a refund only to receive a 2nd email again asking me to wait another the 3 weeks for a small 10% credit with no refund processed yet. I again said no thank and to please refund me today. No response yet. This is really frustrating.

Edit: 9/11 - Customer Support has been responsive and has processed my refund. I appreciate the quick follow.

I ordered one Medium bed. We received it and liked it. I ordered a second. I decided not to keep the second order and requested a return label. The response was slow but I did receive the return along with answers to questions I requested. They definitely came through. Thank you! My poodle is happy! So am I

Ordered product yesterday. Today I was told they were out of stock and I can either 1) wait 3 weeks; 2) swap for another product; or 3 refund. Yet, when you go to the website, they are still saying they are in stock. Scam - stay far away!!
