We truly feel so lucky to have found Mariah through this app! She is everything you could hope for in a caregiver. Kind, patient, attentive, and incredibly reliable. From the moment she stepped in, we felt completely at ease knowing our babies were in such loving hands.

Mariah went above and beyond during her time with them, making sure they were not only cared for but genuinely happy and comfortable. It is clear she has a natural connection with animals. Our dogs absolutely adore her, and that says everything.

If you are looking for someone who will treat your pets like her own, Mariah is the one. We cannot recommend her enough! 🐾💛

I love the dog walker

I love the dog walker. (Esther)
She was very nice. She and Lucy got along very well. I'm just sad that Lucy has gotten a new home. Better for her,now she has alot of land to run on. I was very impressed with Wag and would use them again and recommend them to other people.

The issue is with their app

The issue is with their app. First time using and my dogwalker canceled. Unfortunately I can't see the message because if they cancel, regardless if they leave a message, you can't see it because it's gone. So at this point, this is a company that shouldn't be trusted if a real emergency happens. Use at your own risk.

My dog walker and the app is what l love the most. My dog walker ( Denise ) is awesome with her energy and pawsitivity. She always loves on my dog and even checks on my other dog and me. She is truly outstanding. As for the app, it offers so many options from dog walking, vet care, pet sitting, to check ins.

The 2 caregivers we had were great

The 2 caregivers we had were great! I definitely recommend them. They did such a good job with my dog. I also had a billing issue and their team contacted me right away and helped me resolve it. They were so nice and professional. Great customer service!

Wag App a bit of a Learning Curve

Using the Wag app for small extra income and to just make an animal's day with a really good walk. The app does require a good bit of interaction . The staff did resolve an issue I had with a complete GPS drop. Rose helped me via the email support.

Their app is unuseable and it's not the first time I've had trouble with it. this time it keeps stalling after I click pay full price and now I can't book an appointment for tomorrow morning which I really need as I'm currently disabled

So far my experience with this company sucks they left my dog hungry all day long was late showing up to walk him didn't read the instructions maybe I'll have better luck with Rover

DO NOT USE - Read entirety

SO new to this but needed a sitter for our dog. Had to sisgn up and put in payment information first. then put in dates with more information explaining what we needed over a three day period we are going away and need help. I had picked will pick person myself. THey came up with several people but it was obvious that the app did not explain all needed. I closed it and then today got confirmations on the three days for only partial of what we requested. Had to download phone app.... could not speak with anyone about a $1.00 hold on account and had to go further to cancel each day separately which it stated was confirmed and that they would arrive on those days for only an 800 am walk and not everything we stated needed. I had to delete the account and would NEVER recommend an app that AUTOMATICally books appointments on an inquiry ONLY! No customer support to get things straightened out is a no go sign of a loser/ fraud type of company. STAY AWAY

Caregivers are good, customer service, meh

The Pet walkers I'm working with are great. The app is glitchy and inconsistent in being helpful. Customer service is a bunch of virtual instructions that are frustrating when trying to do basic things.

Katie was absolutely wonderful with my dog! They had a great walk and I got a couple of videos along the way. Katie is a very nice person and I'd love to have her walk my dog again very soon.

This was our first time using Wag

This was our first time using Wag. We needed a pet sitter to stay with our special needs dog in our hotel room while we attended a wedding. It worked out great, thanks to Wag!
