Kimberly, we’re sorry to hear the app stalled at checkout—especially when it prevented you from booking care you needed promptly for the next day. This isn’t the experience we want for pet parents, and the Wag! app is designed to support on-demand bookings (same day/next day) as well as scheduling in advance.
