Steals your money
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered some tights back in November last year. Not sure what happened but Australia Post or Wallcann stuffed up the delivery and it travelled back and forth between a wrong address and other places in Australia.
I ended up contacting Wallcann to get it back to them as a return product.
They were very responsive telling me they will refund me as soon as they received the item back.
Since then nothing. They ignore my emails. I know they collected it because AusPost tracked it. But they never gave me back my money.

WALLCANN IS FRAUD
DON'T BUY FROM WALLCANN!
I ordered a product weeks ago, but never received an order confirmation. I also have still received nothing in the post. They stated 3 - 5 days, but it has been 4 weeks and nothing.
They don't pick up the phone, don't respond to email and don't respond to their chat. There is no support.
Seeing the big number of complaints here, many people are suffering the same fate.
I am going to report the company to ACCC and ASIC.
I am in the law business and will make sure action is taken. The directors of WallCann WILL be held liable for fraud!
We may even organise and start a class action lawsuit.

Never received my purchase, out of business?
I purchased compression stockings a few weeks ago, even paid extra for express shipping, never received a confirmation email confirming the purchase but the money was charged to my card.
Never received the products, I contacted Wallcann through the form on their website, I called their contact number and left a message. I never heard back.
I've just been getting the automated emails from them asking me to review their products.
I had to file a dispute through my bank.

Be aware of this company
After 10 days I have not received my goods. They have not answered my phone calls. This company must be a scam. Goods were supposed to be delivered 1 to 4 days.

First off I can’t give you a positive review when my item hasn’t even been sent. I have received nothing from you on expected delivery if the order has been filled. And yet my PayPal account assured me you have received my money and all I have received from you are multiple emails wanting a review. Where is my compression socks?

Ordered online did not receive acknowledgement. Repeated attempts to make contact failed. Product paid for has never been received.
AVOID AT ALL COST. $1800+ taken and wasted.
ACCC advised and investigating.
They will still take your money and give you nothing.

In December 2022 I purchased a DNA Marine MA3BT radio in January 2023 I fitted it but it failed to work despite 4 calls to Wellcann number & left reply , 4 emails ( with pictures & details of fault) & 3 calls to Peters mobile 0403675617 leaving messages I’ve had no replies , Would never do business with them again

I have not received my goods yet. I have emailed them and the email address is just returned by telstra. I have also rung them and the automated reply was to leave my number and they would call me back, but guess what...they never rang back. I want my money back
