I purchased my WANDRD PRVKE 21L backpack back in 2018, and it has accompanied me on countless photography adventures over the years.

Recently, the main compartment zipper failed, and I decided to contact WANDRD to see if their lifetime warranty could help.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect after owning the backpack for so many years. To my surprise, their warranty team reviewed my claim, approved it, and provided a code covering the full cost of a brand-new PRVKE V4 backpack. I only had to cover the shipping!

The entire process was straightforward, the communication was friendly, and the resolution was incredibly generous. It’s rare to come across a company that stands behind its products like this, even eight years after the original purchase.

My new backpack has already arrived, and I couldn’t be happier!

This is absolutely the best backpack, as well as the best customer service I've ever had. This is my most reliable bag and I've tried everything. My pocket and my bag got a hole in it, and they replaced it, without any questions. That's the Utah way!

Ik heb mijn PRVKE 31 V2 de afgelopen 4 jaar met veel plezier gebruikt, vooral op de fiets, in de trein en lopend naar en van mijn werk. Ondanks zijn grootte draagt deze tas heel fijn. Hij is super waterdicht, waardoor ik me nooit zorgen hoef te maken over mijn laptop of camera-apparatuur als het begint te regenen.

Ik kreeg recent helaas een klein probleem bij een schouderband. Daarom nam ik contact op met Wandrd om te vragen of dit normaal was. Ze reageerden heel snel en lieten weten dat dit inderdaad niet zo hoort. Na het versturen van foto’s en een video, lieten ze me weten dat ik onder de levenslange garantie een vervangende tas zou krijgen: de nieuwe V4-serie van de PRVKE 31. Helaas was de kleur van mijn oorspronkelijke tas niet meer leverbaar. Nu, slechts drie dagen na mijn eerste e-mail, heb ik al een nieuwe tas ontvangen en heb ik alleen verzendkosten betaald.
Eindelijk een bedrijf dat zijn servicebeloftes waarmaakt!

I’ve used my PRVKE 31 V2 with great pleasure over the past 4 years, especially while cycling, on the train, and walking to and from work. Despite its size, this bag carries very comfortably. It’s super waterproof, so I never have to worry about my laptop or camera gear if it starts raining.

Recently, I unfortunately encountered a small issue on the shoulder belt. So, I reached out to Wandrd to ask if this was normal. They responded very quickly and let me know that this shouldn’t happen. After sending photos and a video, they informed me that, under the lifetime warranty, I would receive a replacement bag: the new V4 series of the PRVKE 31. Unfortunately, the color of my original bag was no longer available. Now, just three days after my first email, I’ve already received a new bag and only had to pay the shipping costs.

Finally, a company that delivers on its service promises!

I am revising my negative review because Wandrd responded to all my queries in a timely & professional manner. Although unable to satisfy my issue, they offered responses that were clear, concise and sensible. I look forward to trying out their products in the future.

Whatever you do, don't get on their mailing list. You will be inundated with emails with no way to unsubscribe. The unscubscribe link does not work. I have contacted the company counteless times to remove from their list which dumps annoying mail into my account every other day, and even when promised by their staff my address will be removed, I still continue to receive mail.

The offered discount for getting on their mailing list is not worth the hassle of dealing with the spam that gets sent.

By far the best backpack I have ever had: the medium sized one is perfect for everyday use, I have used it now for 7 years for every day (work, travel, vacation, hiking), the couple issues I had (detached zipper, tear in fabric) have been addressed and replaced kindly and quickly under warranty. Such a great company with great service, the straps help support the back and there are several compartments and openings to configure it many different ways. Perfect for airplanes under the seat and a large mug on the side for daily fluid. The longest I hvae had any backpack!

I rarely write reviews, but WANDRD absolutely earned this one.

I purchased my backpack in 2023, and after several years of domestic and international travel, I noticed a seam near the top zipper had begun to separate. I submitted a warranty claim expecting they might cover the repair or possibly offer a credit toward the stitching.

Instead, WANDRD reviewed my claim and replaced my backpack with a brand-new current model at no cost.

The entire process was straightforward, professional, and refreshingly hassle-free. There were no endless emails, no arguments over whether the damage qualified, and no feeling that they were looking for a reason to deny the claim. They simply stood behind their product.

The original backpack has traveled with me across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East and has been one of the best travel bags I’ve owned. Knowing the company stands behind its products makes me even more confident recommending WANDRD to friends, family, and fellow travelers.

If I could give this review a no star I would, I’m extremely disappointed with the prvke v4 and Wandrds warranty. I recently used this bag for the first time and when I got home and unpacked my camera kit I found the small top rear pocket was damaged. The material had frayed resulting in the pocket becoming useless and useable. I contacted Wandrd through there warranty process to get a response saying they won’t replace the item and that it can be repaired. After visiting a few repair shops I was told due to the material and type of damage it was irreparable.
Disappointed in the customer service and response to the issue is an understatement especially as I have ordered multiple bags from them in the past which have been great, this one seems to be let down my quality and now I have a bag that is damaged and one that I don’t want to use in the condition it’s in.

I ordered an X1 crossbody bag because it was advertised as having "fast shipping". The bag is good and was decent value for money. The shipping was absolutely not fast. In the time when I could have got it from Amazon next day, I ordered from WANDRD direct. It was SIX DAYS before they even bothered to send it! Then a further four before it was received.

had already three bags from them, one broke after years of heavy use at the zipper line - bought it for 100 Euro during a sale, got a FULL REFUND FOR 234 EUROS, so I can get a model that is the current standard of my old one - Legendary Warranty - very much worth the price!

I purchased both the ROGUE 9L and 6L Sling Bags about three years ago, and they've become my favourite camera bags for both work and travel. I love their thoughtful design, comfort, and excellent build quality.

Recently, the shoulder strap on my 6L Sling broke. I contacted WANDRD, and their customer support responded quickly. My warranty claim was approved without hassle, and they promptly arranged a replacement bag.

I have had my PRVKE 31L backpack for many years as a photography backpack and it’s my favourite bag to travel with, such a good product. Unfortunately the straps and zips started to deteriorate. I contacted WANDRD about this and they resolved the issue on the same day and will send a replacement. Honestly some of the best customer service I have experienced.

My recent experience with WANDRD was really delightful, after some trouble with a shipment that got stuck at DPD The Netherlands. They kept me informed, pointed me in the right direction to get my case resolved, and even refunded me the moment DPD decided to give up on my delivery. I decided to order again straight away, fingers crossed for a smoother delivery.

I got the PRVKE V3 bag June 2023 and the bag has not let me down a single time. It is solidly built and I would trust it to last anywhere in the world!

Now ordered the ROGUE 4L sling

I have now bought two bags from WANDRD and can say that they have exceeded my expectations. They are solidly built, and WANDRD took absolutely everything into account as far as comfort and convenience. Everything works well and is laid out well and conveniently. I’ve used my sling bag for weeks-long trips and day trips and have been very impressed by the quality. Customer service is also stellar, which is very helpful. I honestly don’t think there’s a better product out there for carrying photo gear for long adventures or just for a day around town or in the field. Did I mention their lifetime warranty? Yeah-that’s how good their products are.

I have been using the PRVKE camera bag from WANDRD and it has been fantastic! I especially love the Sedona Orange color and great organizational capabilities. I only have a few small issues with this bag: does not include enough velcro dividers; don't care for the roll top, with is was built without this; the bag gets hot to wear despite their air channels. Despite these issues, I would recommend this bag. Looking forward to seeing what WANDRD comes out with in the future.
On a side note, I was hoping to purchase a couple more dividers to get my bag set up properly and it seems they are sold out until further notice. Keeping my fingers crossed they get stock in soon.
