What a fantastic company to deal with. I enquired about information regarding one of their camera bags and got a detailed description that was brilliant.I had to leave feedback about the way they dealt with my question and a couple of weeks later I was picked out by random to win a $50 gift towards a purchase from their website. I have ordered the bag i enquired about and I am looking forward to using it on my filming adventures. Can honestly say what a pleasure it has been dealing with WANDRD and will definitely be using them in the future. I purchased my first Prvke backpack in 2018. After one year of daily usage unfortunately it was stolen so i purchased a second one right away. I've been using it for 5 years everyday and it still holds up very very well, except that recently i had my third zipper broke on me and i thought ok, its about the right time to contact customer support to see if i have any options to fix it. I wrote them (filled the form on their website) yesterday, and it took only 6 hours for them to send me a giftcard for all new Prvke backpack free of charge! thats rad indeed! :) you made my day WANDRD.

I've just reached my one year anniversary of my 31L all-new Privke bag, and out of nowhere, the strap ripped on my most recent trip. This bag has been my go-to for travel with my family and I was super bummed as everything else about it is perfect. Sent a warranty claim to see and had a resolution from WANDRD within about 2 hours of sending - amazingly quick, and positive response from the team. THANK YOU!

I purchased their original PRVKE bag way back in 2018 and used it extensively for travel, work, hiking, skiing, etc. Last week the outer zipper came apart while in an airport, and it would have taken some doing to repair. I remembered their warranty, filled out the form, and within a few hours I had a newer PRVKE bag ordered at no cost to me except shipping.

It cannot get any better, seriously. The quality of the gear is incredibly high. Everything is too good. The price range is great. And on top of that, I was just met with the most efficient customer service to date.

I got the original WANDRD PRVKE 21L bag in 2019 and it has been an essential tool for me as a photographer. In 2021 i also got a PRVKE 11L for everyday use and i can't imagine my life without these backpacks. Unfortunately my original PRVKE 21L bag, developed some issues with the quick side access zipper and the weatherproofing material around the main zipper on the back. I contacted the customer service and within a few hours they reviewed and honored my warranty claim and now i will be getting the all-new PRVKE 21L which i know has been improved over the original version and i couldn't be more happier! They already had my heart with their cool products but after experiencing their amazing customer service, they definitely won me as a customer for life. I plan to become a cool granny rocking my WANDRD bags and now i know their lifetime warranty has my back!

I have had a 21 L prvke black camera backpack for five years and I love it - it's been with me through a lot. I could not recommend WANDRD more. Also, their lifetime warranty is actually lifetime which I am super grateful and appreciative for since my bag had a problem with the zipper and they are sending me a new one. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal user of WANDRD bags since 2019/2020, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed their products, particularly the PROVKE and the HEXAD ACCESS. However, I recently encountered an issue with the zipper on my PROVKE bag. Upon reaching out to WANDRD’s customer support, I was pleasantly surprised by their swift response. Within just two hours, they addressed my claim and offered to replace my bag instead of repairing it.

Similarly, when the exterior of my D1 FANNY Bag started to peel off, I received the same prompt and helpful response. Isn’t that impressive? I have multiple items of this brands (various bags) and for the first time in years 1 of my bag got a seam issue.
the bag was 3 years old and yet, Wandrd replaced it!

I bought the PRVKE backpack with the photography bundle. It is the perfect size for me. It works well weather you are just going to the office or catching a plane. I love this bag! And I get complimented for its good looks all the time.
To add to the praises for this bag, I was super amazed by the customer service. I have never had service like this. Bag developed a problem with one of the seams. I contacted them by email and within 24h they had already issued me a new one under the warranty.
I am never buying a bag from another company again!

I ordered this while traveling and because of their slow fulfillment was unable to receive it. They refused to cancel the order even before it shipped, refused to assist in having the item shipped back to them, and accused me of fraud when I disputed the charges.

Truly terrible customer service. Amateurs.

My Bag's Zipper Broke, and within 24 hrs they had issued a replacement, that staff was also really cool and helpful. Would definitely recommend getting their gear for the quality and the costumer service.

Couldn’t have had an easier experience with the warranty on my Rogue Sling. I unfortunately had an issue with my strap on the sling and contacted Wandrd, went through their returns process and got a replacement bag sent out insanely quickly!

Wandrd's Privke bag is fantastic. I enjoyed mine for 6 years until the zipper broke. I didn't have the receipt any more. Wandrd found my old order then replaced my bag with a new one, gratis. That is support.

The bag itself holds my FX30 as well as some lenes, a mic, a tripod, and a bottle of water no problem. Feels great strapped safely across my chest.
Sent a request to have mine repaired and support was in contact with me within minutes, unheard of.
Great people to deal with, solid product - can't ask for more.

My first PRVKE31 was used constantly for years for photography, hiking, camping, grocery runs, you name it. The bag held up in transit, in all kinds of weather, during intensive use during wedding photography and remote work. The accessory waist straps are perfect for heavier payloads but the normal shoulder straps really suffice for 75% of my needs as they are wide, padded and easily adjustable.

The side access camera zip and travel document sleeve are a huge bonus, as is the ability to remove the dslr cube, fold down the internal partition and load the bag from the top and stuff 3 half gallons of milk and produce into it for transit by bike, or even the occasional 300mm sports lens that stands vertically but still allows the top access to be folded down and secured.

Sadly my laptop sleeve zippers gave out and failed during a recent photo shoot, and the bag could no longer safely be open/ closed or stay closed as a “clam shell”, as the zipper gives way exposing the internal gear and is not safe in public areas.

It took exactly one email, one confirmation of coverage under warranty and two weeks later my new PRVKE31 is at my doorstep.

Some may remove a star for gear failure but I kept that fifth star for their follow up and speedy action taken. I look forward to another several years (or more) of use!

I love Wandrd products, have always bought from them.
But I found out that in the last few days the refund policy has changed.
The cost of shipping to return the product is my responsibility.
Only in the United States the shipping cost is reduced while for shipments to Europe the shipping cost is totally borne by the buyer, which means that it is no longer convenient to buy from them, given that the shipping cost from an European country to an other European country is really high.
I wanted to return the Prvke Lite backpack because "Did not meet expectations, Does not match description" (I have other backpacks from Wandrd and they meet the descriptions perfectly, in this case the Prvke Lite does not) and I saw that shipping for the warehouse in Holland from Italy need around 40/45 Euros when the backpack costs only 181 Euros (purchased during Black Friday) so in the end it is not very worthwhile to return the backpack.
I'm considering keeping the backpack anyway (or returning it). But that means I will never buy from them again.
I'm sorry, Wandrd, you've lost my trust.
