Beware! They will take your money and in return you will get cheaply made, inferior and incorrectly sized products. I returned the products. But have never received a refund or a reply. Lessen learned.

Firstly this is Not a fake review but very much active and on going since last November’25.
I was stupid and nieve enough to make a purchase from these rogues. My advice, please , please, do not !!!!!!!!’
I bought two gents Gillett’s from them at the correct size for me according to their size charts. I was so looking forward to receiving them but after many many weeks of waiting and chasing they did eventually arrive . Upon opening the package I was surprised to see the labels inside for size, washing and also what material they were both made from had been cut out, I have photo proof of this. Imagine my disappointment upon trying them on they were st least a size if not more too small. My face dropped as I had waited a very long time along with obviously paying a total of £80 for both items, how stupid am I .
I immediately emailed the company apparently in Germany, heard nothing for a very long time, I kept on eventually getting a response acknowledging the return - to a depot in China , at my own expense, how nieve and gullible was I to think it would all be that easy. I took photos of every stage, sent them Royal Mail tracked & insured, not cheap but security. And that was the end of that basically, many emails to a German address, some acknowledged many not. The parcel
did arrive in China and at the last count is STILL sitting at customs awaiting clearance ,
Have I given up, most definitely not !!!!
I am very cross and angry I have been scammed and possibly lost my money. I notice that now, if I want to send an email to Germany it bounces back, the old address doesn’t work.
Call me nieve, stupid, gullible but one thing I most certainly am is honest and trustworthy.
I hate this sort of thing, they are crooks, thieves and out to do you over for your money.
Sadly I must think now I have lost my £80 plus cost of shipping etc. They now have the items back and I’m out of pocket, feeling just so sad thst Ive had my leg lifted by these chests and criminals especially when I was trustworthy enough to go the whole way.
My advice, DO NOT BUY OR HAVE ANY DEALINGS FROM THESE ROGUES. LEARN FROM MY RXPERIANCEAS, HAVE NO DEALINGS WITH THEM WHATSOEVER.
I HAVENT GIVEN UP, Trading standards and customs have been contacted so who knows the final outcome, DO NOT BUY FROM THEDE THIEVES NOT RVEN A GENTS HANDKERCHIEF OR DUSTER.

Ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas, took over 2 weeks to arrive, lucky for me I didn’t pay full price, but even half price wasn’t worth it, nothing like it shows on the website, Chinese cheap rubbish, not even worth £10, no communication from customer service, Don’t waste your money. This will be going to charity

I ordered a jumper for my daughter, money was taken but not order confirmation, I contacted them which they confirmed there was an order I then received a jumper that was not what I ordered. I just went to go to the website to do a return to which the website or contact emails for company no longer work

I wanted to return items as they did not fit. I was told by their cistomer services please accept 20% refund. I wanted full refund checked at post ofice cost to return item to China. It was not worth it so i attempted to 20% refund. However, could not get in contact with them.
Do not buy anything from Warmood. They are rubbish.

I ordered a pair of brown loafers in size 7. They arrived and did not fit whatsoever. More like a size 5 or 6. They offered for me to return them to China at my own expense, more than shoes cost. They did not care that their size 7 is not even a size 7. A complete rip off. Never buy from them.

Awful qaulity for insane price. Got a coat for £75 looked lovely online waited absolutely ages for it to ne delivered and very exited. Till it arrived. Was thin felt fabric pockets not even sewn in. TERRIBLE QAILITY FOR THAT PRISE! SHOCKING.
Oh, and also if u dont like it or wrong size u have to spend a fortune to return it of your own money. So yeah. Please save yourself time and money and find it elsewhere.

The returns policy is in breach of the UK consumer act. They send you products that barely resemble the ones advertised and then when you ask for a refund you have to return the products to China at your own expense. So if you wanna handover money for something you didn’t order and then have to pay to return it and I hope you get a refund go for it. 

Received a pair of boots that were of a poor quality. Worn poss 6/8 times and both soles split in half. Only offered a 10% discount. Not replacement or total refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Disgusting company, ordered 2 items which despite contacting them as there was no order details sent, eventually arrived after 3 weeks only to find these are the most cheapest made items ever purchased and the sizes are nothing as expected. No response from their so called customer service department, just have to put it down to experience I think.

Absolute robbers.Ordered some ' genuine sheepskin boots ' Ive received the cheapest faux suede ever made and can only get a refund if I pay to send them back to China!! Don't buy from them.

Es ist mir zum Glück vorher noch nicht passiert, aber hier ist sowohl Qualität als auch Service unterirdisch. Selten so etwas schreckliches in der Hand gehabt, Rückversand nach China zu teuer, also wurde mir ein kleiner Betrag als Rückerstattung angegeben. Tja selbst schuld, vorher immer mal bei Trustpilot nachlesen, aber ich rate JEDEM davon ab hier zu bestellen.

Die angegebene Lieferzeit von 3-8 Tagen war 4 Wochen.
Die Qualität der Ware ist weit unter der Erwartung. Sehr dünner und billiger Stoff. Schlecht verarbeitet.
Der Kundendienst war stets bemüht, hat allerdings ausschließlich mit Phrasen geantwortet, um einen hinzuhalten.

The only way this company can improve is to close down. I ordered a sweatshirt described 100% Organic cotton. It took longer than the advised 3-8 days for delivery and it was the wrong colour and instead of Org cotton it was 95% polyester 5% Spandex. I tried to return it but to where?? No return address no response to emails. I eventually got my bank involved and from 25th October when I ordered, I have just had a refund but the bank had to fight for me. I have no address to return the item and I don't want the horrible thing. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dropshipping from China . My order was never delivered. Still waiting for my money back . Internet is full of those kind of scammers . Never again ! To avoid !!!!!

Ordered a pair of leather boots, received a different cheap plastic boots sized incorrectly, no laces, not as shown in the picture at all, even had 'kids' written on the front of the boot!
Contacted customer services who are refusing to accept responsibility or give me a refund.
NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Initially I was very nervous after my son ordered a coat from this company and on reading the poor reviews but I have been pleasantly surprised.
The coat did arrive 10 days late and sent from China, but appears to be good quality and correct sizing.
However, none of the tracking or return links work which was worrying.
I did email customer services when the cost was late and had a reply within 24 hours.
At no point was it apparent that the item would be shipped from China as the website seems to be Dutch. I’m still not entirely sure of the company’s credibility but in this instance, it has worked for us.

Not even worth one star. Scam website selling knockoff Scuffers hoodie and using their images on their website. I asked to return but I have to do it at my expense to China - not Netherlands where they are registered.
