A SCAM. Chinese company pretending to operate out of Netherlands. Took 3 weeks to ship item which was terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The writing on the hoody is incorrect.
Currently trying to tell me the shipping is my responsibility even though their return policy states they are responsible for defective items.

Terrible company, looks like it’s based in Netherlands but is based in china. I ordered a Levi body warmer in a small what I received was a substandard brand, not a Levi one in medium. When I asked for refund was told I had to send it back at my own cost, I seriously do not believe I would receive a refund. Do not buy from this company, SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I would give zero stars if I could do not order from these people the website looks like quality products but they come from a warehouse in china ,cheap and tacky products and then the company know if you want a refund and to send back the postage will make it not worth sending back because of how much it costs to return to china so offer 20% refund every email you get back is A.i generated so your not even getting satisfaction from telling them there products are tacky and nobody would buy them if they knew they were coming from china the products you would even pay half the price if you saw them in the shop wish there was a way to warn people other than on here because who looks at reviews before buying I always look after and think ffs why didn’t I look b4 I never would have brought anything also the sizing is bad I brought xl was more like a medium so do not buy it’s a scam

Don’t buy from this company it is a scam! Took 2 weeks to arrive. At least 2 sizes too small. Not like picture on website. Poor quality. When I requested a refund it was going to be £20 to return to China even though the website address is Netherlands. They offered me a 20% refund!

Terrible company! Slow delivery from China not as advertised! Wrong item delivered after waiting 3 weeks and the will not refund my money as they say I have to pay the postage to return the incorrect item. Website states clearly that they cover the return cost. Just get generic responses and getting no where! Taken it to my card issuer to try to recoup my money. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a burgundy hoodie for granddaughter. A shocking pink one arrived, made of a very cheap unpleasant fabric. Attempts to contact resulted in a 10percent offer of refund-or return to China despite them giving initial impression they operate out of the Netherlands.
Miss -selling should be their logo.
Don’t go near.
If I return it I do not expect any return of money paid.
Not even sure a charity shop would want this product….

Verkauft falsche Grössen, miserable und nicht hautfreundliche Qualität der Stoffe.
Produkte stammen aus China und werden bei Temu und AliExpress um ein vielfaches günstiger angeboten.
Die 30-tägige Rückgabefrist, gemäss den AGB, werden nicht eingehalten, sondern hinausgezögert. Dem Kunden wird sogar die Rücksendung in "Rechnung setzend" angedroht, damit dieser nichts unternimmt. Es werden 10% des Kaufbetrages als Einschüchterung angeboten.
Somit zahlt der Kunde zweimal das Produkt, was es in Wirklichkeit kosten würde.
Der Support zeigt sich nicht kompetent und laienhaft.
Verdacht auf gewerblichen Betrug und unlauter Wettbewerb.
Sollten wird das uns geschuldete Geld in den nächsten 5 Tagen nicht überwiesen bekommen, wird Strafanzeige eingereicht und die Sperrung oder Löschung der Internetseite beantragt.
Diese Unternehmung hat keinen Auftritt in unserer Wirtschaft verdient.

Ordered what was marketed as a Levis body-warmer.

Its some other random brand which is outright liberties on its own & I'm a medium & ordered a large & its still small.

Quality is obviously not levi’s very dissatisfied with it & order took ages.

Site makes you believe business is in Netherlands but it is in China. Using sizing chart for XXL USA received a USA small or XS. No response to refund notification per instructions. Must pay shipping back. Refund not guaranteed. Original shipping took 17 days from order without warning. Do not use this company.

Schweizer Internet Adresse, Firmensitz in den Niederlanden und die Produkte stammen aus Asien.
Sind schlussendlich günstiger bei Temu und Ali Express.
Sollten wir das Geld nicht zurückbekommen, wird die Internet- Adresse der zuständigen Behörde angezeigt. Die Unternehmung wird wegen Verdacht auf Irreführung und Betrug bei Fedpol angezeigt.

Ordered what I thought was a winter coat for £83. It turned up and I wouldn't have used it as a dressing gown. In fact I wouldn't use it for my cat to sleep on.
It probably cost about £2 to make. No way to contact them, just an automated reply to my email.
Thankfully I paid with visa and got my refund from the bank.
Absolutely disgusting scam site.
Avoid at all costs.

Verkade vara ett företag från Schweiz men är kinesisk och kläderna motsvarar ej mina förväntningar varken i kvalitet, storlek eller retur möjligheter. Enda som kunde erbjudas var 20% rabatt när jag ville returnera och ha återbetalning... Handla inte av dem!

Complete fraud. Ordered a fleece, sent me a just eat cap.
My credit card company will chase them up.

I had to ou the one star to make a review, this company is Chinese, and I have been scammed, the boots I ordered are disgustingly fake and they took 3 weeks to be delivered not 5 to 8 days as stated on website, please please do not buy from this company!!!!!!

The hoodie i ordered feels terrible and looks terrible. I bought a hoodie for £36 feels exactly like shein material the colour was meant to be burgandy its hot pink.
I CANT EVEN WEAR IT.
I have attempted to contact them numerous times no response. I would like a full refund.
Absolutely shocking!!

This is SCAM company. They advertised pyjamas as 100% silk, even after discount still very expensive, and sent 100% synthetics from China. When I sent them request that want to return goods because they are incorrect, they said they do not cover costs of shipping, even though on website it says they do. Total scam! No proper return process. Do not buy from them.

Not even worth one star absolutely rubbish please don’t buy from this company. Ordered 4 November arrived 18 November so disappointed and quality is so poor. Rubbish fabric and size extremely small more like a xxs. Ordered an oversized hoodie absolutely rubbish

Spent £42 on a jumper. There is no size guide on the website. The jumper is absolutely tiny (ordered a large) and all Warmood will do is give me a 20% discount. Returns are extortionate and would cost as much as the full return.
Don't buy from this retailer!
