I accidentally contacted Warmstra while searching online for a central heating boiler installer because their website appeared at the top of the search results.

The technician they sent (through a subcontractor they introduced as an installation partner) came to my house and immediately started telling me that my existing heating system was unsafe and needed to be replaced urgently. They created a lot of panic and pressure. They even cut the power plug to my existing boiler.

Under that pressure, they made me pay the full cost of a new boiler upfront. After taking the payment, they did not provide the boiler or complete any installation.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being very cautious and getting an independent second opinion before agreeing to any urgent replacement or making any upfront payment.

I would not recommend this company.

Scam. 39euros call out fee. The guy showed up with a screwdriver and the cost increased rapidly after he showed up. The cost was for time but he spent most of his time walking to get his tools. He parked 10mins away whilst there was plenty of parking right infront of the house. He opened up the heatpump and didn't even do a thorough inspection. He pretended to take pictures and send a follow up report of which I have not received. This is a major scam and I am 300euros out of pocket.

Ze weten niet wat ze aan het doen zijn.
Ze komen voor storing met een Ipad dat je alleen moeten betalen geen gereedschap geen apparatuur geen kennis de enige wat ze kunnen praten en niks doen. Ik zal nooit meer met zo een bedrijf zaken doen.

I called this company because my boiler had stopped working and was showing an ignition fault (F28/F29). Instead of diagnosing or attempting to repair the actual issue, the technician immediately focused on a completely different problem, claiming there was a gas leak based solely on smell. I personally could not smell any gas.

The technician refused to proceed with any repair unless I agreed to additional work, for which I was quoted approximately €2,500. I was also told that if I declined, they would cut the cables to my boiler to prevent it from being used. I requested that they simply disconnect the power and shut off the gas supply instead, but the technician insisted on cutting the cables. He also stated that if the cables were not cut, he would have to notify the fire brigade. I found this intimidating and unnecessary.

I was then charged for the agreed call-out fee, the first 30 minutes of labour, and a separate "CV gas check." It was unclear to me why I was charged separately for both the first 30 minutes of labour and a gas check, especially since no repair was carried out and the original boiler fault remained unresolved.

After this visit, I contacted another qualified technician for a second opinion. Unlike the first technician, he used an electronic gas detector to check for gas leaks and confirmed that there was no gas leak. He then diagnosed the actual fault, which was in a different part of the boiler, and quoted approximately €400 to complete the entire repair. This was a significant contrast to the €2,500 quote I had received earlier for work that was based on an alleged gas leak that the second technician could not verify.

Based on this experience, I was left questioning the accuracy of the original diagnosis and whether the recommended work was genuinely necessary. I found the entire experience highly unprofessional. I felt pressured into approving expensive work unrelated to the original fault; the boiler problem was never diagnosed or repaired, and I paid for a visit without receiving a solution.

My advice is to always get a second opinion before agreeing to costly repairs. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would recommend looking elsewhere.

Warmstra , vanheydeninstallaties , primeinstallaties ze delen allemaal hetzelfde telefoon nummer.
Aangifte doen en ook een melding maken bij consument en markt , hoe meer aanmeldingen hoe beter;)

Oplichters! We noemen aan de telefoon slechts 39 euro te rekenen aan voorrijkosten en een diagnose, en dat dan de kosten doorgegeven zouden worden voor . Bij aankomst vroegen ze vervolgens meteen om 230 euro extra om daadwerkelijk de diagnose te stellen. Bijzonder onprofessionele man. Gaf aan dat hij door zijn baas per uur betaald wordt en dat hem dus niet boeit of de klant tevreden is en hij dus ook niet vriendelijk hoeft te zijn. Meerdere agressieve opmerkingen gemaakt om me maar te laten betalen.

On the phone i was told that the technician will come and will inspect first. They cost is 39 euro however without checking the warmpte pop he said it will cost 500 euro to inspect and if you cancel it you should pay 10%.

Helaas opgelicht, na betaling de monteur nooit meer gezien. Bij nabellen blijkt er helemaal niks terug te vinden van het betaalde bedrag a €612 en de afspraak voor de volgende dag. Dit bedrijf staat niet ingeschreven bij de kamer van koophandel en het adres bestaat niet.

Op zondag 14 juni 2026 hadden wij problemen met onze warmtepomp. Via Google kwamen wij terecht bij Warmstra.nl en hebben wij gebeld met het nummer dat op de website stond. Er werd snel een monteur geregeld. Vooraf werd gesproken over € 39,- voorrijkosten, maar eenmaal bij ons thuis liep het bedrag razendsnel op.

De monteur is maar enkele minuten bij onze warmtepomp geweest. Vervolgens werd gezegd dat er een onderdeel besteld moest worden en dat hij de volgende dag zou terugkomen voor de reparatie. Ook werd ons een lekdetectierapport aangeboden, met de mededeling dat wij daarmee de kosten grotendeels via de verzekering zouden kunnen terugkrijgen. Uiteindelijk hebben wij via pin in totaal € 1.384,72 betaald.

Na vertrek kregen wij een slecht gevoel. Toen wij later belden om te vragen hoe laat de monteur de volgende dag zou komen, werd gezegd dat er helemaal geen vervolgafspraak stond en dat alle werkzaamheden al waren uitgevoerd. Dat klopt niet: de reparatie is niet uitgevoerd en het onderdeel is niet geplaatst. Toen ik aangaf dat ik mijn geld terug wilde, werd ik uitgelachen, uitgescholden en bedreigd.

De factuur die wij ontvingen stond bovendien niet op naam van Warmstra.nl, maar op naam van Prime Installatie B.V. Dit maakte de situatie voor ons nog verdachter.

Wij hebben inmiddels melding gedaan bij onze bank, rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld en doen aangifte bij de politie.

Mijn advies: wees extreem voorzichtig. Ben jij ook slachtoffer geworden van een soortgelijke werkwijze? Doe dan alsjeblieft aangifte en meld het bij je bank, rechtsbijstand en de Fraudehelpdesk. Hoe meer mensen melding maken, hoe sterker we samen staan.

Ze waren er snel probleem opgelost, maar de kosten waren belachelijk hoog.
2 uurtjes werk nieuwe slang voor koud water aansluiting....1039 euro.

I contacted Warmestra.nl to get a technician to look at a boiler leak. Instead of handling it professionally, they dispatched a subcontractor called Prime Installatie who sent a completely unprofessional and arrogant technician.
The person they sent showed up in slippers, brought zero tools, and barely looked at my boiler before trying to quote me an outrageous €1,400 for a guess. When I turned down the service, he aggressively demanded a €240 fee on the spot with absolutely no official invoice or receipt provided.
When you hire a platform like Warmestra.nl, you expect them to vet the companies they send to your home. Sending unequipped people who bully customers into paying cash/unregistered fees is unacceptable. Avoid using this service unless you want to deal with predatory subcontractors.

Oplichters.
Half uurtje bezig geweest en of ik even €1100 wilde betalen. Ik weigerde en toen werd de monteur vervelend en agressief waar m’n kinderen bij waren. Heel vervelend.

OPLICHTERS PAS OP! Zorgen dat ze via Google hoog komen en doen zich voor als de betrouwbare andere partijen, in werkelijkheid sturen ze Prime Installatie B.V. waarna ze je oplichten! Deze gasten voor je deur en je moet betalen? DIRECT ZONDER WAARSCHUWING POLITIE BELLEN!

Warmstra, niet met ze in zee gaan, sturen een ander (zeker installatie) en zij zijn de oplichters, mijn vader hebben ze opgelicht voor €1886 en het probleem nog niet opgelost maar ohhh nee zijn geven geen garantie omdat de ketel niet door hun is geplaatst.

OPLICHTERS!!! Gasten hebben niets opgelost maar wel mijn oude moeder voor 5500 opgelicht. Echt; doe gaan zaken met deze lui.

Monteur is gekomen voor CV. 1000 euro afgerekend en dag later lag er een plas water en geen warm water.
Warmstra stuurt mij naar de onderaannemer om het prutswerk op te gaan lossen. Ik krijg geen contact met deze onderaannemer
