Washtower® is a family-run company established in the Netherlands in 2017. What began as an idea to design a cupboard that would mean no more bending while doing the laundry, developed into an innovative modular cupboard system for the complete furnishing of a laundry room, bathroom or utility room. This was clearly a gap in the market because only five years after launching our business, our team of four has grown to 39 colleagues and we now sell our cupboards in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, England, France and Scandinavia. We hope to soon enter the American markets as well. We want our customers to consider it a joy to do the laundry. That is why we prioritise service and quality. We always make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. To guarantee safety, we have had our cupboards tested extensively by the German TÜV Rheinland. Washtower® sells the first TÜV-certified washing machine cupboard in Europe, which makes us really proud!

Excellent product, but expensive and slow to arrive
I ordered a single tower for a washing machine, with drawer and shelf below and cupboard above. The design, construction and finished product are excellent, five stars. The elements that have made me give a three star review are:
1. It took several weeks to arrive
2. Packaging was arranged in such a way that it took a good while to work out what was what ( only a minor issue)
3. The product is quite expensive for what it is.
Also, as a side issue, I wonder if it would be possible to design in a means of lifting a washing machine into place?

Unfortunately, currently we cannot send the products much faster than how we do it now. This is due to the fact that our inventory is based in the Netherlands. Good sturdy product

Washtower have been in touch about a problem we have had with our washtower (no fault of theirs just a freak accident) and they have been exemplary, so helpful and supportive I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are looking for this sort of product. Thank You Washtower Team.
We spent a long time researching the best product for our new utility room and found that the washtower seemed the best option.
The washtower arrived in really good time way before the estimated delivery which was fantastic unfortunately my utility room wasn’t finished so the product stayed boxed up for a few weeks, when we eventually came to open it we found a couple of the pieces had small chips on the edges nothing too bad but not what you expect for the cost we decided to not send it back because we needed it so we built the washtowers and they are great they are really sturdy and fit our room perfectly.
One little gripe which I can’t blame washtower for personally however we had a little leak from one of the connections at the back of the washing machine which we couldn’t see at first (may of been happening up to one week) but the washtower has blown and it looks like we may have to actually get rid of it already which for £1000 is really upsetting.

But looking at how you explain the leakage: i do not think you'll have to get rid of everything. Maybe it's an idea that you send us an email with some pictures and explanation of which part of the cupboard is blown? Perhaps we can send some replacement parts just for that part of the cupboard? Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Saw the advert via Facebook. Nothing else on the market like this. I ordered, expecting at least 6 weeks waiting time for delivery. Within 2 weeks it got delivered. Great quality and looks fab. Highly recommend

Utility Room WOW Factor!
Having seen the Washtower adverts pop up all over my social media, I was dubious if mdf / chipboard cabinet could actually hold the weight of the washing machines when spinning. That said, when the heavy boxes of components arrived, I realized this wasn't your typical flat pack! but well designed cabinets fit for this purpose. It tool some time to assemble all the parts, and bolt them all in, but wow, what a sturdy, heavy and functional wall of cabinets I have now. Delivery lead time, delivery service and customer service all as shown on their site and as expected. Overall, a good experience, great purchase and a very functional utility room set up.

Great product
The wash tower is just as it is advertised . It looks good and it’s functional. Very easy to order on the website and plan the perfect fit. Customer service is good too and I was kept informed at all times when it will be delivered.

No instructions in boxes but are available on line.
Would recommend. Sturdy for a flat pack.

Delivery was not to the front door but…
Delivery was not to the front door but left in the street in the rain with no prior warning so was damaged as nobody was available to carry the heavy boxes. Especially annoying as there is lorry access to the back door where there is shelter

Great sturdy construction
Really pleased with the wash tower, super sturdy construction and my appliances now look great stacked. Useful pull out shelf too. Only down side was the long lead times for delivery.

Great product.
It arrived when stated and the company stayed in touch with me about the delivery.
Really pleased with my ‘Washtower’. My washing machine tends to move around a little in the spin mode so needed a way of really securing the dryer on the top of the washer. This ‘Washtower’ ensures the machines are safe, the washer remains on the floor with the tower fitting over it, so the tumble dryer safely sits on the tower shelve just above the washer. The dryer does not move at all when the washer does. And the tower is also secured to the wall at the back, so it’s all very stable. It even has a pull out shelve to sort out the washing. Great product.
