Your representative was very helpful in helping me select the right product. My only complaint is that you didn't let me know when you would be delivering the product,even though you said you would let me know. Thankfully I was home when it was delivered, but I wasn't expecting it and I didn't have any help to bring the large,heavy boxes inside. The delivery man did eventually help, but at first he refused because he said he wasn't allowed to, presumably for health and safety reasons. I would have preferred to have been notified of a delivery date so that I could have had someone here to help me.

I have been excited for this purchase for a long time as Brexit meant it was not available in the UK for a while.
Firstly it's amazing to have the washer and dryer raised - the sturdiness of the cabinets means no shaking at all and I am Confident in the security of the product.
The extra cupboard finishes off the wall and is great, although a bit fiddly to get the door to line up.
We did have a slight glitch with the end delivery company but customer service from washtower was great and the product arrived in excellent condition and well organized for us to begin.
I love this solution and product and am very glad to have been able to purchase - thank you!

I'd needed an integrated storage solution for a tumble dryer and had seen the Washtower products but was previously unable to get UK delivery so I was delighted when deliveries re-started.
It's a classic case of you get what you pay for and yes, this is a fairly expensive solution, but it really is a superbly engineered piece of kit. The instructions are excellent, step by step with accurate pictures. This is a heavy unit and it came very well vertically packed and protected on a pallet. I had to get it upstairs so it was best to unpack each box downstairs and carry the parts up as needed. It took a couple of hours to build solo and bolt onto the wall etc but I'm delighted with the end result. I ordered an 80cm top box as well which is great for towel and bedding storage, so it's worth considering if you have the ceiling height. Overall a great purchase and quality-wise I cannot fault it.

From beginning to end I could not fault the company. They confirmed my order and it arrived well packaged within 2 weeks.

Earlier this year we decided to give a new lease of life to the basement by converting it into the laundry room. After a lot of research, we opted to place the order online with Washtower.com, a company based in the Netherlands as we could not find similar product was available in the UK. Obviously, we were very apprehensive but after a lot of emails back and forth we placed the order. The cabinets were delivered by the courier on time and have been installed. We are very pleased with the quality, the cabinets are sturdy, robust and look great. From placing the order to delivery, the whole process was seamless.
