Would leave zero stars if possible
Would leave zero stars if possible. I was given a day twice to collect the skip but no-one turned up. No phone call even. Waited in all day as need to open gates for them to collect.
Was hoping to have another skip from them but wouldn't consider it after this experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Steer clear

Alleged skip stolen
The company charged an additional fee of £86.40 because its states as a company i can have it for 4 weeks not 2 weeks and after 2 weeks tried to collect it, (this is were i had to pay again) after calling them and arranging for the agreed 4 weeks, the skip then got collected a week later (3rd week) but they didn't say they had collected it they said its been stolen and i have to pay over a 1k for a new one! the police are involved, is it the skip hire company or the broker? the skip hire company then tried to collect it after 4 weeks but there is no skip? (After pulling the T & C apart we have no response from the broker)

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The additional charge you mentioned of £86 was for a wasted journey fee as we were not made aware the skip was needed for longer until the driver arrived at site.
Regarding the skip then being collected, this wasn't the supplier who owned the skip, this is currently being investigated and we are waiting for an official quote to be provided. No charges have been invoiced to yourself currently but we have already offered to contribute to the charge, which was considerably less than £1000 and help pay towards the replacement as a good will gesture. 💙

Very friendly and helpful at short notice
Great service, plus when I realised that I could do with holding onto to the skip for four more days they were happy to obliged my request at a very affordable cheap rate.

Very good service
Skip came and collected on days agreed. Used twice in last 6 weeks. Customer service was very good both on phone and guys who collected and delivered skip. Very friendly/ helpful. Would use this company again.

Was able to book skip online
Was able to book skip online. This was straight forward. Had miss call from company followed by TXT message to say they had to reschedule skip. This was all sorted by the company, i was OK with the reschedule dates. TXT messages were clear, informing me of delivery and then pickup of skip. Excellent service.

Still no collection 5 days after date…
Still no collection 5 days after date given for collection (I do understand this is in the terms) however it does mean I keep having to go out make sure things are in the skip as passers by are sorting through it and making a mess (now for 5 days).

The company was reliable
The company was reliable, delivering on the day requested and picking up on the day requested. It would have been helpful to be given a time slot.
The four stars (and not 5) are because there is no flexibility in the price for having the skip for less than 7 days and it is quite expensive for small jobs. We only needed it for 2 days. The staff were pleasant to deal with.
