All fine .good service

What a service, talk about second to none it was just fantastic. Now we do not use skip hire companies very often so when we do it can be a little overwhelming, we must come across very green and therefore subject to a wee bit of price hiking, but the service from Waste Online was just great. We were talking to a young lady by the name of Holly and wow what a service, she was very polite and helpful and the flow of documentation was first class no problems whatsoever with the service she supplied, Waste Online should be very proud of her.
The skip arrived on the day she said it would the driver from 'Bourne Skip Hire' (BSH) was extremely pleasant and dropped the skip off hassle free. We have no idea when it was picked up our call to Waste Online to let them know it was ready for collection was again very positive, and whilst we were out for the afternoon the skip was picked up 'No' damage to our drive, just a nice clean pick up.
As we say what a nice service, in fact a 1st class service all round.

Cheaper than the rest. Polite staff, same day delivery and overall very nice to deal with. I'll be using them every time from now on.

The skip arrived as promised. It was clean and positioned ready to use easily, in the correct place. It was collected only 1 day later than the approximated collection date given. The collection driver was courteous and obliging even though a gas van was parked in his way and he waited patiently for a couple of minutes whilst the van was moved. I was impressed.

The ordering process is straightforward. The skip was delivered and collected as promised. The drivers were pleasant and helpful. Will use the company again.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to all the team, service was outstanding! Literally needed a skip for a couple of days as needed driveway back asap. Sam tried his upmost to make this happen and succeeded.
Would 100% recommend and definitely will be using company again.

The deliveries were on time and the drivers went above and beyond to ensure that the skip was placed on my mothers driveway to allow us easy access for loading and also to park out vehicles with plenty of room. We called to advise that the skip could be collected earlier than scheduled as we had finished our clearout and this was managed the next day. Again the Driver completed the task efficiently and in a very friendly manner which out my mother at ease

Excellent and efficient service for what was not an easy delivery & collection.

Respectful of our property and delivered/collected the skip well. However did not collect the skip until a week after the date we selected, and this was only after a phonecall after waiting the 5 working days stated.

We asked for it to be collected on Saturday, and it wasn't collected until the following Saturday. However on the phone we were told it might not be until Monday. No issues apart from this.

Abysmal!! Paid to get a skip delivered today but after waiting all day nothing has arrived. No communication or explanation!! Rip off merchants would definitely not recommend

Overall, very positive. When the skip was delivered, there were problems with a random car parked outside my drive, and the driver went out of his way to provide a swift solution by calling in another vehicle, so the skip was delivered safely. I was very grateful to everyone involved!
The collection was also problematic, because the driveway turned out to be too narrow for a bigger vehicle. This was also solved, not quite as swiftly, but the skip was taken away at the end of the day, so all was well.
The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout.

Reasonable price, came exactly when they said they would be there, and the same with collection. No issues at all.
