Minute hand was loose and swiveling on its own the Crown couldn’t control it.

I bought a watch from Watch Ace, and the price was great. The packaging was secured, and everything was good. The only thing I didn't like was them shipping it through USPS which delayed the delivery.

Skeleton watches have a hold on me and this fossil one is good looking, working so far and was delivered quickly.

Great service, fast delivery.

Your service was perfect in every way but ONE. First I ordered a oversized 43mm Daytona. It arrived promptly but I felt that it was too large for me. So I ordered the Daytona 40mm and it arrived also in a timely manner. I thought the 40mm had a white face but it didn't. Sooooo I texted you to see if you had a 40mm Daytona with white dial and you did not reply and so I gave up since you do not have a phone number and I had no way of speaking to you. The last part of this story was the hard because I love the Daytona but wanted a white dial. As far as I can tell only the oversized Daytona has a white face. Please let me know if I am wrong and I will happily buy one from you.

Im still waiting for my order to arrive.

The product was delivered in a timely manner, however the product is defective and I’ve been trying to get someone to reply to my chat or email since I received the product and I have not heard from anyone yet. I need to return for a refund. I wanted to exchange but at this point I prefer full refund since no customer service.

The purchase was easy the shipping was exceedingly and I mean exceptionally fast loved the watch if there were a problem that I may say it would be that the battery was low $50 replacement overall pleasant enough experience
