I would love to share the amazing customer service of Watch Aces. I had a situation where I needed a refund for my watch that was ordered, when I reached out to them, they responded within minutes, and they easily understood my dilemma and gave me a full refund. I would truly recommend buying watches from them. They have beautiful products for very reasonable prices and most of all, their customer service is amazing!

I have not yet received the watch…
I have not yet received the watch because shipping has sent in ping-ponging around the country to the "next facility". At one time it was sent 30 miles from me only to then be sent to the next facility half way across the country. Will I ever get it? I am about to try to cancel my order.
