Watch is defective
Buying the watch was the easy part. Having to take it to a jewelry store whenever the time needs to be adjusted is very inconvenient. The "stem" has to be pulled out "professionally" and it is still difficult for them.

Late delivery
I was supposed to receive the package on December 1st but didn’t get it until December 4th. It was a gift for a friend traveling abroad, so the delay was disappointing. Although it was shipped from VA to NJ, it was mistakenly routed to CA for several days before returning to NJ and stayed in the Kearny NJ facility for another couple of days and finally got delivered. The entire handling process made no sense, and I’m really disappointed with the service.

Watch Aces did a great job
Watch Aces did a great job. When I sent my watch for repair, they were very responsive. However, during the repair, my watch was scratched. Despite this, they offered me a replacement with 2 options. They even offered me to keep my scratched watch. I highly recommend Watch Aces.
