Terrible communication and service. Zero updates on the order $5k watch. When asked for updates on phone (multiple times), they’d say they’d give me an update by end of day and never did. Never sourced the product after three weeks (past their promise date) and ultimately cancelled and went with another team.

I dropped it and the crystal chipped and cracked, does not run. I love the look of this watch and am really bummed it now needs repair. Only had it 1 week before it broke. Rats!

Waiting for the product was a little uneasy, seemed as if the item wasn’t actually in stock. Price was acceptable.

I ordered a Tissot Chemin Des Tourelles Powermatic 80 T139.407.11.048.00 on 30 May. The item was listed “In Stock” and ready to ship. Soon after my order, I got a notification that the updated expected delivery date was now Between 6/29/2026 and 7/20/2026. On July 25th, I queried them about the status and didn’t hear back for over a week, at which point they said it would be “shipped out next week”. Two weeks later. I contacted them again but received no response. I followed up again on 17 August about an update, but didn’t recieve a response until 26 August, at which point customer service informed me that there is no longer an ETA since the item was just placed on back order.
I don’t understand the fair and honest business practice that culminates in an order placed in May on an in-stock item, then stringing along a customer for four months, and suddenly telling them “never mind, you’re out of luck”. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and I encourage all shoppers to avoid their tempting deals.

Bought a watch as a Xmas present for my wife.
Watch stopped working just a few weeks after I gave it to her.
As per their sugestión took it for battery replacement but did not work. Cheryl from customer care ( the worst customer care agent I had ever encountered) is just simply avoiding sending me the address to where I can ship the watch to get fixed.
I do have a RMA number from them but I don’t have the rest of the return shipping instructions and I have asked her several times for new instructions but she just won’t help.

Ordered a Hamilton Khaki Field Auto watch, but unfortunately, an empty box arrived. The merchant's own shipping label clearly stated the package weighed 2.00 lbs when it left them. However, by the time it was scanned at the destination intake, the weight had dropped down to 1.40 lbs, missing about half a pound, which is right around what the watch and components weigh. When I reached out about the empty box, customer support is trying to deflect blame completely, instead of properly investigating the claim, pointing to a standard delivery scan and washing their hands of it instead of looking into the major shipping weight discrepancy. Be very careful ordering items here, as support has been unhelpful when transit weight discrepancies and missing items come up.
