WatchMaxx.com Opiniões

Bought a pricey Omega as gift for my father. Explained I needed it overnight and they dragged their feet denied responsibility and 5-6 days later I still don't have the watch. Customer service is basically sending you an "F you email". they don't care missed the bday celebration and destroyed any trust I had in them. Buy at Jomashop. much better experience, These shady dealers are the worst to deal with. Update: I got the watch and it’s great but no remorse for the very late delivery. They don’t really care.

First time purchasing from WatchMaxx. Got a beautiful watch at an incredible price. Includes 2 year warranty. The watch is beautiful. I will definitely be purchasing more watches from WatchMaxx.com. Great experince, great price, fast shipping... Exceeded my expectations. Higly recommend!

WatchMaxx made the process of acquiring my first Swiss so easy, swift, and absolutely incredible! My watch arrived less than 5 days after I ordered it and is literally perfect! Thank you!

Great Price. Fantastic Service.

Watch max best price for brand new watches. If they have your favorite watch in stock shipping is very fast

Super easy transaction. Best price I found on this Omega. Fast shipping. Won’t hesitate to give them my business on my next purchase.

Good customer service

The customer service is excellent. Anytime I contacted them the response was prompt, professional and accurate. The watch was perfect. Second watch I have purchased, both times 100% satisfied. Does seem like some watches may not be available or difficult to source though the website does not indicate this.

I am very happy with my purchase.

The watch arrived in pristine condition. The watch was sized perfectly as I asked for free of charge. I felt great with the customer service. The watch I could afford wasn't an expensive Masterpiece however they treated it as such. Thank you

very efficient, courteous and professional. Steve was a pleasure to work with, excellent prices and shipping. Great company.

A+ fast friendly service definitely recommended

great communication and everything as described.

The Longines 37mm blue Spirit w/ leather band is striking! The entire process from ordering online to delivery was seamless, just as it was a month earlier with another Longines Spirit ( chronograph) watch for my husband that was also a big hit!

I received my order on time , and it was a great gift for my husband.

Fast delivery options!!

It was a easy, straight forward process, delivered as promised. The watch is beautiful. Will gladly be a repeat buyer.
