Ordered a watch. Never came.

Ordered a watch in December. Estimated delivery was two weeks. After waiting six months, I received a tracking number. Overnight delivery. But nothing came. After 6 days waiting for my overnight package, FedEx said the shipper restricted me from getting updates. Nothing ever came. I was taken for over $5,000.

Resposta da WatchMaxx.com

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in sourcing your watch. At the time the order was placed, the item was on backorder and required additional time to obtain from our supplier, which unfortunately extended beyond the original estimate.

However, we would like to clarify that the order was shipped and successfully delivered by FedEx on May 12th. While we understand the delay was frustrating, the package was not lost and the order was fulfilled.

We appreciate your patience throughout the process and regret that your experience did not meet expectations.

Great service and customer support

The ordering process was easy and I appreciate that they were receptive to my concerns about accurate sizing. I received my order expeditiously and was satisfied with the way I was kept informed throughout the process. My watch was well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. I am very pleased with my purchase and with how the company stands behind every purchase.
