BEWARE - bought a 350 watch from watch shopping.com. Ended up not giving it as a gift and the watch wasn’t even out of the original packaging. Tried to find return info which isn’t on the their site. They should have been my first clue. Called the number listed and no one would answer the phone. Sent an email and someone finally called back. They told me they don’t accept returns for anything under $500. What?! Why? That doesn’t even make sense. Skip this scammer. There are so many other good spots to find watches. Places that will stand behind their products.

Please mind - even if they accepted your order, you are not guaranteed to receive your watch: I placed an order last month. After waiting for around 3 weeks, they told me that the watch was inspected with deep scratches and dents before sending to me. So they decided to cancel my order, even though I would like to wait for the substitution watch or accept the “scratched watch”. When I asked for the photo of the scratched watch, I was told that there is no photo or any video of that “scratched watch”. Further more, the assistant told me that the “scratched watch” was immediately sent back to the supplier. So no one knows there was even a watch in their stock or inspected. As my previous purchase with Watchshopping, they took photos of each watch before sending to you. So please do not expect that the watch delivery is guaranteed, even if they accepted your order.

I ordered a watch. They said they would ship it within 10 business days. 3 weeks later, they said the watch is actually broken and that I can select another one of their website instead. I asked for a refund. Overall terrible experience

I bought watch from Watchshopping.com. They gave no time frame on delivery. I immediately contact customer service who told me it would be 2 weeks for delivery. I asked them to expediate it. They could not get it quicker so it would come after the holiday. So, I told them to cancel the order. They are trying to charge me 8% or $160 on a $2,000 order so an order that is still in their queue. BE CAREFUL!!!!

I ordered breitling navitimer two weeks ago. The online chat is extremely helpful and I received my brand new watch before the time I expected. The quality of watch is as described brand new and unworn. Watchshopping is most trusted and honest watch site I have ever seen. I will order again soon!!

I have bought two watches through Watchshopping.com and both purchases went smoothly. They were good at communicating updates throughout the process and both watches arrived within their specified timeframes and both were new as advertised, with all documentation verified.

Got a beautiful Omega PO. New, in box with papers as advertised. Customer service is very responsive. Be patient no instant gratification here had to wait over 2 weeks but if you want a good deal it’s worth the wait. Will buy again in the future.

I really wanted to give this company a chance even though the reviews said otherwise. The negative reviews were correct! You think you got a great deal and excited about your purchase....then a few days later they email you telling you that during inspection they noticed the watch isn't working properly! Well considering these are "brand new" there should NOT be any issues! If I ordered directly from a legit jewelry site the legit store would not email me telling me never mind our brand new watch isn't working lol So needless to say they ask you if you want to buy another watch from their website. Uh why would I?? So I can be told the same ridiculous story again! I opted to get a refund instead because they are a shady company who do this to many customers. Funny thing is, the watch I purchased, that is supposedly damaged, is still selling on their website showing in stock! Model# WAY131C.BA0913. Very disappointing experience!

They took my money for a watch they never had in stock. Weeks passed and I had to reach out to their CS for a refund. They don’t have the watches in stock, you’re basically just giving three guys short term loans. Never again.

Reply to Watchshopping: your rep said watch was stuck in customs. So which is it? There also was never a call, it was through email. Scummy seller, avoid at all costs.

This was an amazing experience! I was a little dubious at first because of a few bad reviews, but then read other stellar reviews! I am pleased I did take a leap of faith! I was quite surprised by how efficient and honest their staff was. Louise was very helpful and ensured I would receive a brand new unused 2022 Rolex 126300-0020 with all papers and tag. I not only received it, but it was delivered overnight Fedx from California to New Jersey the very next day. The Rolex was exactly what was promised! I would definitely use them again.

Refuses to take back any merchandise under $500. "Sorry but we cannot accept the return as watches under $500 are not eligible for returns unless otherwise the watch is defective." I had to make 3 different requests to even get that much of an answer
