The whole process was pleasant

The whole process was pleasant. Once I ordered my watch I got a nice email from Pia who was very helpful and informative.
Wire transfer went through without a hitch, and the watch was at my door within a few days. Would definitely recommend.

Try to sell me a blemished watch

On November 2nd at 8:00 a.m. Central Time I started emailing with watch shopping.com inquiring about a specific watch.
I was told the watch was in stock and would ship in a few days.
On November 2nd at 12:31 p.m. Central Standard Time I placed an order with watchshopping.com for a brand new watch. The cost was $2,168.35.
On Nov 3rd at 11:59pm I received an email stating the watch had a blemish and they would take off $150 from the bill. I told them that was unacceptable, I paid for a new watch and they have changed the terms of the purchase agreement so I would like a full refund immediately.
They still have not given me my refund. I know that it only takes literally a couple of minutes to refund the money back to my payment processor.
I would like my money return to my payment processor immediately.

We carefully checked what happened to your order, we understand that you did purchase a brand-new watch and this is not what you were expecting. The watch that you purchased is brand new, our team carefully checked the watch before shipping it out to you and found that there is a scratch. We offered a $150 refund, to see if you will be okay with it and ship out the watch if you agreed as this is the last piece we have in stock.

We immediately processed a refund after you declined the offer. The refund may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect back to the original payment method as this will depend on your bank's processing time.

I hope this clarifies the situation. Again, we would like to apologize for the experience.

Great prices and customer service

Great prices and customer service. I had some questions about my order after placing it and the customer service team was very responsive and followed up with me later on to ensure that everything was dealt with to my satisfaction. A great experience overall.

It is my belief that they offer for…

It is my belief that they offer for sale items they don't possess, look for them at a lesser price than they sold for, if they find it, they pocket the profit. If not, they delay, delay, and delay until the customer is so frustrated they cancel the order. In the meantime they have the use of the customer's money (in my case over 800.00 U.S.) at no cost. My original purchase was on 9/24/2022 - it is now 10/31/2022. After multiple communications I was guaranteed on 10/24 that I would have the watch in 1-2 weeks. The first week has passed and I have no shipping information, no tracking number, and definitely no watch.

I did an online search for the Omega…

I did an online search for the Omega timepiece I was looking to purchase and Watchshopping.com had the most competitive price hands down. After reading several reviews due to being skeptical, I took the plunge and ordered. My watch came in within the timeframe advertised and in great condition. The customer service, price, and delivery packaging was superb.

The very responsive customer service

The very responsive customer service, specifically Mark V. When I placed my order, I believe it mentioned 7-10 day shipping. When 14 days rolled around and I did not receive any shipping information, I reached out and Mark V was very responsive. He looked into my order and mentioned the delay was due to a customs block. He even offered me a refund or another piece that was in stock. Ultimately, I wanted the piece so decided to wait. A little over a week, I got both an email and a direct call from the company saying my order was ready to ship.

Fantastic Experience

I bought an Omega Speedmaster 57 from watch shopping. I was skeptical at first due to the great prices and the there were some bad reviews.

After purchasing the watch, an email was sent out saying processing and delivery would take about 2.5 weeks give or take. I connected Jesse, and Luise from the watch shopping team requesting if I could get it sooner, the watched arrived in 7 days. Everything looks great, brand new, with complete papers.

I could not be happier.

A+ Omega SpeedMaster Purchase

I purchased an Omega SpeedMaster from this company and could not have had a better experience. I kept going back and forth between two models and changing my order (after I had placed it already) and the associate I was working with (Louise) was just extremely patient with my indecisiveness. It made me feel comfortable because this was my first expensive watch.
I received the watch and it’s in perfect brand new condition. Warranty cards are stamped and dated from an official AD. Awesome company and I would for sure shop with them again.

Customer service as it should be, but rarely is.

I have always purchased new watches through AD's and was skeptical of third party sellers, however Watchshopping.com had a particular new release I was having trouble finding. The price was excellent so I took the plunge, and I am extremely satisfied. I had my new watch within a week of placing my order. By far the best part of the experience was the customer service. There was a hiccup in the process hardly worth mentioning beyond the fact that Jessa and her team in customer service blew me away. Response was immediate and the way they handled the situation was textbook perfect. Easily the best customer service experience I have had in a long time, my faith in humanity is restored! Watchshopping.com has earned my loyalty.

Got a Hublot from Watchshopping

Got a Hublot from Watchshopping. Price and customer service are excellent. If you are in a hurry this might not be the best place to buy. It takes up to 2 week to delivery the watch and it's the only way they can offer these prices.

Watch is beautiful, 1000% authentic!

Trust your gut and avoid!

Trust your gut! This company likely does not have the watch you are putting in your shopping cart and checking out on their website. Though I asked specifically if they did have possession of the watch I was buying and one of their chat support people said they did. When I called about a week later to ask where it was, they said it had not shipped yet. Something about it being in their foreign office and was being sent to their California headquarters. Right away my initial unease about the transaction went from 10 to 100. I told them just to cancel my order. After radio silence for a day they replied to me and said I could cancel my order but they would charge me an 8% cancellation fee. What?! Then the person sends a link to some place buried on their website stating that cancelled orders will cost your 8% of the total. For what exactly?! You haven't done anything! So what it seems like the scam is that they take your money, try to procure elsewhere the watch you chose on their website (which is what is taking all of this time, presumably), and string you along. I've run into this with small sellers on various Chrono24 postings. But these guys have a full blown website which would seem to make them legit. But as I said at the beginning, TRUST YOUR GUT! And steer clear from this company.

I am putting their Return and Exchange policy below. Had I seen this before I NEVER would have bought anything from them.

Every return requires an authorization before returning. Watches under US$500 will not be eligible for return and/or exchange, unless the item is defective. All return authorizations has to be requested within 14 days of original purchase date.
WEBSITE VISITORS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from shipment date. All returned items must be in new and original packaging, with all original stickers, tags and labels attached. If there are any signs of wear and tear or removed parts, item will not be returnable.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at (redacted per TrustPilot) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Purchased an Omega De Ville Prestige…

Purchased an Omega De Ville Prestige with power reserve and I’m extremely happy with the transaction.
I received a new watch with box and papers and the build of the watch is 2021-03-30, much newer than the other websites (2015, 2016).
From the time of purchase to delivery was 7 days, very fast.
Also 1st time using Affirm for financing.
Will buy from them again!

They sell on ebay for half the $.

I bought a watch online from this company and I received a few email saying everything was fine and they sent me shipping emails the day after I ordered the watch. On the 5 day after I ordered and theh took my money they sent me an email saying the watch wasnt working and I should pick a different watch. They showed me a few watches that were worth LESS than the original watch I wanted. It was stupid and I hate a company that makes you run in circles just to get YOUR money back from them and even if they dont have the watch instock they will still take your money!
