Great customer service. I purchased my first waterbed from Mr Waterbed and have since purchased another 2 for my children. They are always prompt with delivery. Would definitely recommend buying a bed from them.

Satisfied customer
After my order and payment, I was immediately contacted and advised that there would be a delay as the manufacturer was on holidays. Although this was not really ideal, everyone is entitled to have holidays. I accepted their apology and am looking forward to receiving my bed soon. I was also able to confirm my order over the phone with a quick chat knowing I am getting what I wanted. I don't expect any problems with the delivery or the quality of the product.

Ordered the goods got it the next day hundreds of kilometers away. I forgot an article, then I placed the order and got that the next day, how great was all that, excellent. I was also very happy with how the goods were priced, great. I know where to get what I require. Mr Waterbed
