The owner talks a good game but there is no execution and the service is awful. If order a 30 day supply of medication you need to start ordering your refills 15 days ahead of time so plan on having to be in constant contact with them. If you have an issue do not plan on anyone addressing it.
Joe Rogan was wrong
Signed up because of Joe Rogan but is the worst company in this space. No support, all tech is broken and staff is so untrained. Just use function health, superpower, or direct from quest/labcorp. This company is a shady money grab to sell you shit you don’t need. And nobody to answer your support messages.
what they dont tell you
what they dont tell you - you will wait a month to be seen for your first appt. You obviously have to pay first not knowing this. their app, some AI bot will "tell you about your results". it is not informative or even worth the time listening too. I seriously recommend finding an alternative.
Started out great then...
Started out great then...everything was smooth initially. paid the 600, went to quest with their order form, received results within a week and was able to schedule an appointment the week after. the providers they list on their website however, are nowhere to be found. there were only 2 PAs or RNs available for me and none of them were listed on their website. this made me uneasy but went forward anyway. Turns out I got a lovely nurse and had a good experience with her. FYI, they do not have MDs or endocrinologists that you can speak with, only PAs or Rns or something similar. this will have to depend on your comfort level. about 4 weeks in, I needed to follow up with my nurse regarding my scripts and progress but could not find any contact info for her or anyone specifically. all the questions go to customer service and whoever gets it responds, I suppose. also, I wanted to buy some supplements, they had nothing on their website. everything was sold out. not sure how that is even possible. really? everything? I dont like the fact that they use so many different websites to conduct business, they use so many pharmacies, some you have to text, like a drug dealer. so many providers, it's confusing and can be inconsistent. also, received no rewards for referring someone. kind of a mess. all that matters to me are the results however, so I will have to wait and see the retest at 6 months to truly evaluate but so far, seems like a great concept with poor execution.

They make you go through the consultation for pricing of their products. If you're not happy with pricing tough luck. You can't get money back for the "consult".
I've been in sales, very cheap/dirty methods to lock you in as a "patient"
I don't recommend, your money will stretch with another company. save your hard earned money with a company that actually cares and not money hungry
Find an alternative
Find an alternative. I’m 3 months in to my 1 year of blood testing and advising for better health and I cannot believe what a mess of random platforms and providers this BS company is.
I will stay with it for the rest of the time I paid for, and will see if they provide any benefit, but I swear you are better off with having your GP send in a series of tests with a referral to a random compounding pharmacy.
There is nothing simple or integrated about the whole amalgamation of random crap that they try to cover with a high school level app.
I hate that I gave these guys my money. Stay away.
Rockstars
Rockstars, one and all. The entire team at Ways2Well are incredible angels and have helped us so much. I can not say enough good things about things about them and feel so fortunate to have this kind of care and personalized attention. It’s the first time in my life I’ve actually felt like I trust the medical professionals who are helping me 100%. Danese is an actual angel with so much knowledge and I feel so well cared for by her. Sussanna and Andy have been so amazing and patient as well on the administrative end and have always answered my questions and taken great care of me. At 41, this is the best I’ve ever felt, the most energy, the best sleep, the strongest. I only wish I’ve been getting this kind of optimal care my whole life. My husband discovered Ways2Well in 2024 and working with them is the best thing we’ve done for our health.
New Beginnings
For years, I trusted traditional medicine, even when it didn’t feel right. Every visit to my primary care doctor followed the same script: review labs, reassure me that my aches, stiffness, weakness, and high blood pressure were “normal for my age,” and add or adjust another medication. It was a cycle that quietly keeps people sick and dependent. Looking back, that realization is honestly a little frightening.
My experience with Ways2Well was a complete turning point, and it started with the expertise of my clinician, Cameron Yerzyk.
From the very first interaction, I felt something different. Cameron took the time to meticulously walk through my initial lab work from three months ago, identifying issues that had been overlooked for years. He didn't just give me generic advice; he created a tailored plan specifically for my chemistry. The results of putting his plan into motion have been nothing short of life-changing. In just three months, the physical and mental transformation is so profound that it’s hard for anyone to miss. I truly feel like a new person.
Through functional medicine and their advanced diagnostics, the team built a personalized plan rooted in data… not guesswork. Nutrition, inflammation, hormones, and cardiovascular health were all addressed together. I transitioned to a Paleo, low-sugar approach, and the results were undeniable. My inflammation is gone. My blood pressure is now normal without piling on more medications. My strength and energy continue to improve, supported by peptides and testosterone therapy that were thoughtfully recommended as part of a comprehensive wellness strategy.
For the first time in years, I feel clear-headed and strong not just “managed.” This isn’t symptom control; it’s restoration. Cameron and the entire Ways2Well team didn’t just patch problems they rebuilt the foundation.
What stands out most is the partnership. They explain the "why," they listen, and they empower you to take control of your health. Ways2Well helped me step off the medical treadmill and move forward with confidence. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Had high hopes, did not meet expectations
I decided to try this company after hearing about them on the Joe Rogan Experience, but the experience was disappointing. The initial consultation felt unprofessional, and despite my concerns, I moved forward. Unfortunately, the prescribed peptide showed no results regarding the goals we discussed. To make matters worse, there are major supply chain issues; the medication is consistently out of stock with a 2–3 week wait. Because of the lack of efficacy and poor reliability, I’ve decided not to renew my prescription

I had high hopes for this company after…
I had high hopes for this company after hearing them on Rogan and doing the research. I ordered peptides through them. I did have to wait about 5 weeks to get an appointment but thought perhaps due to their high demand and being a reputable company they were just that busy. Got my first round of peptides and that went smoothly. I went to order my 2nd month for both of the peptides I was taking and about 10 days went by and still hadn’t received any sort of message about shipping for one of them. I reached out to see what was going on only to find it was out of stock and they didn’t know when they would have more in. I felt someone should have reached out to explain that. I feel I wasted $300 on a peptide only to not be able to continue it. I asked about alternatives that I could take instead. When they replied with options, I selected one, only to have them respond and say “oops, I guess that’s not offered in your state”. So we have now wasted about a week since it takes them two days to respond between replies. So no one clearly was reading my information before responding- just sending a generic response. I decided to just stop taking the one peptide and canceled that one through them since they couldn’t give a time frame on restock. About a month later I then reached out about a concern with potential side effect. They responded by saying to stop taking or cutting back on the one peptide (the one I told them I stopped taking in the same email!!) Again, a generic response? Since no one actually took the time to read that I explained I wasn’t on one of the peptides anymore. Terrible customer service considering they boast you have access to your nurse throughout the process. The email was signed with someone who was responding on her behalf who clearly didn’t read any of my previous replies.
I was still continuing with the 2nd peptide at this time and l when it was time to reorder that one, I received a message I needed to schedule my bloodwork. No information was provided or explained to me about this so I reached out only to find out that I had to pay for their $599 a year blood work membership if I want to continue to order peptides through them. Why this wasn’t explained as a requirement when I had my $100 consultation with them is beyond me. This whole process has nothing but a nightmare and super shady with not disclosing all of the fees upfront. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Their prices are too steep, insurance doesn't pay for their services. They have a scam going now where it costs more and you have to pay for 1 year upfront. they waited until my prescription was running out to inform me then held me hostage to either pay for the year upfront or they wouldn't renew my prescription. The service is terrible, it takes a month or more after blood work to get them to go over the results with you. They say the blood work is included in the price but you get double billed by the lab they send you to. I would not recommend.
Very POOR (lack of) Customer Service
My son heard a lot about this company and process. So he purchased as Christmas gift for me and intended to do one as well. I have left SIX messages thru "Nova" (AI?) since 12/26 as well as chatted with AI "Allen.
Have NOT received one call back.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Consultation was a waste of money - was never able to order product
Not impressed with my experience of this company. Had to pay a consultation fee of $50 after using a discount code to get 50% off. The consultation was underwhelming. The person I talked to seemed pretty disinterested in the conversation. I honestly thought she might have been nodding off a little. Perhaps she has a health issue though, I don't know. She was basically just listing information about each peptide that I could have gotten online. Although she did give me a good suggestion about which peptide to start with which was different than I originally planned. She told me when I was ready to move forward to email her through the Charm portal. When I tried to do that, it turns out you can only send emails to a handful of predetermined email addresses (and her email wasn't one of them) so I just picked whichever one seemed most appropriate. The responses I was getting seemed like they were just coming from an AI chatbot and took 2-days to respond each time which just drags out communication. I was given pricing for all of the peptides I was interested in, and then when I asked about one of the topicals was told that they don't give out prices because they could be different depending on when I place my order. So, then I was told that all of the prices I was already given might be different and that I would have to officially place an order to see the real price. I went ahead and placed an order because I was told I could approve the cost before being charged. I received an email response saying that my order was put in through some other pharmacy but they were out of the peptide I wanted until December 8th. Once the prescription was filled I would get an email confirmation. It is now December 27th and I have still heard nothing. My original consultation was on November 14th. It is now well over a month later and I have still not been able to get any product out of this company. Also, I thought the whole point was they had a fancy FDA approved peptide facility, but my prescription was sent to what seems to be an outside pharmacy. Overall, this was a massive waste of time and $50. You can't email the company you can only use their AI chat bot. If you call, it's more AI. I can't say I would recommend this company, and I have since updated anyone that I originally suggested it to of my less than optimal experience. I don't love to write negative reviews but I am feeling a little ripped off considering I paid for the consultation to essentially be ghosted by the company.
False advertising on website
Not happy the website I thought showed bpc-157 for 99.00. Gave my credit card. Soon found out that was only for a consult, which was a joke with a very disinterested doctor. Then found out there bpc-157 was 300 for a 15 day supply. That’s 3 times as much as other USA compounding pharmacy’s. I was told customer service would call me but they never did. Shocker.
Off to a very bad start
Off to a very bad start. I was super excited to sign up my wife. Immediately the charm patient portal is having problems. Saying there is a mismatch in date of birth but there’s not. We’ve called customer service several times and they NEVER answer. You talk to an AI agent and they say they’ll call back. They called back the day after our initial call and my wife was in an appointment. The AI said the call back the same day so we kept the phone close but of course they call a day later, leave a message, and no follow up call. Called them back 30 minutes after the missed call and of course no answer. Right back to the AI agent who again says they’ll call you back. Wife went to quest but they said she needed a blood work order from ways2well. I’m assuming we can’t get that without having set up the charm patient portal, so we’re stuck. We live in Puerto Rico full time so time is of the essence. We’re trying to get this done while we are in Las Vegas but with the inability to speak to a live rep and the 24 hour call back times it doesn’t look like it will happen. We should have just gone the traditional route for bloodwork. Extremely disappointing. If this is a sign of how they operate, I’d have to say I regret signing her up.
I had on line meeting with PA
I had on line meeting with PA. He ordered BPC-157 AND TB-500 for me at their compound pharmacy. I was not aware it would come as a blend, as blends don't work. I tried it for 3 days and had dizziness and nausea, so I stopped and symptoms went away. I text 2ways 2 well to see in they could separate the two compounds. They said no the prescription had already been written. I spent $700.00 dollars no usable product. Don't do business with these people they will screw you over. All they want is your money.

Circular firing squad of a company
I cannot give this company anything highter than 2 stars. One may be more imporatant. They are the definition of a "Clusterf*ck". It was pretty easy to sign up and give them my $599...but the easy ended there. I finally tracked down my instructions in one of the 75 emails that they sent me telling me to sign up with a different company to go have my blood draw. Then they started emailing and texting me. Then I began getting emails from a pharmacy telling me that my "prescriptions" were ready...huh? Then had to sign up on a 3rd website (called Charm)to see the review of my blood tests. That website told me that I had had an appoinment...huh? I never talked to anyone. Just a strange lady with random recommendations. Someone I had never talked to. Now there is a 4th website to sign up on to get my "prescriptions" (they can be purchased by anyone off Amazon). But that website has the wrong name and wrong supplement recommendations. I give up on these people.
Gosh I wanted to LOVE this company
Gosh I wanted to LOVE this company! Concept is amazing but customer service is very very very bad. The supplement website is junk. They are always out of stuff. Most importantly they ask you to share a referral link to get rewards…I’ve had 5 people order and I’ve got nothing.

I had really high hopes for this…
I had really high hopes for this company after hearing the owner on Rogan. Their customer service is abysmal. They got me started on a peptide regimen, and after the first month when I went to re-order, they told me they are "out of stock" and that I would have to find my own compounding pharmacy. After multiple calls, I found one. They sent the prescription to be filled, but the pharmacy told Ways2Well they couldn't fill it as prescribed and offered a different way. Did Ways2Well contact me to let me know this? Of course not. So 5 days later, I randomly called the pharmacy and they told me they spoke to Ways2Well. When I followed up with Ways2Well, they told me (rudely) I have to follow up with the pharmacy. I have now been without my medication for 5 days with no sign of getting refilled.
