Was not too sure as so many scammers out there but have to say really couldn't fault them. Order processed and delivered quickly. The customer service was also excellent when I had a query. Will certainly use again.

Placed a couple of orders back in March and was very impressed with both the quality of the product and also the quick delivery. 5*

Placed a second order yesterday and noticed that the prices on the items ordered had actually fallen from earlier in the year!

Placed the second order at 1.00am on Friday 20 Oct. Received the order at 10.00am on Saturday 21 Oct (to the wrong place but that's DPD's fault, not theirs).

I needed some items for a next day delivery after the 1pm cut off.
Justin went out of his way to contact me to let me know they would be able to oblige the order as they had the relevant stock in.
This has averted a disaster for me.

Ordered 5litres of rubbing alcohol i.e. IPA 99.9% solution for stripping paint off model locomotive body shells great,price and very good a quick delivery through DPD. Great service will be using again recommend this company.

Ordered Kinetico Salt Blocks via Amazon on 4th September. On delivery on 13th September, found to be poorly wrapped with shrink wrap, which gives no protection and blocks broken. Blocks come from Kinetico in packs of 2 in sealed plastic bags, some of the original Kinetico bags were damaged prior to wrapping. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

I searched for granular salt for my watersofter and came across this company. After reading through the reviews on Google I hesitated a bit to place the order as the salt was the cheapest.

Once the order was placed, the despatch was imminent and I received the delivery via Yodel the following day! The customer service agent was quick in correspondence and very professional.

I have purchased 3 boxes paper ripple cups from here.
2 Boxes had issues with cups leaking. They instantly sent replacements. The 3rd box the cups are not the size I ordered. In dialogue with them at present about this. They seem to think this is not possible ! Due to having an issue with every order I wont be purchasing my cups from here again.

I've gone from 5 star to 3 star all because of their packing department.

I used to receive my 2 mini boxes of gloves packaged up and with no strapping bands. Now they can't be bothered to box them up at all and the strapping bands they started using are so tight that it damages, not only the outer packaging, but the inside product also. The difference is enormous.

I went from receiving perfect products in mint condition to damaged, tatty and cracked boxes. I will be happy to send them a picture.

PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR FORMER PRACTICES.

Wow. Ordered a large bundle of wood wool (to fill Christmas hampers) and some gift bags. They do a 'price match' offer and dispatched the order so blindingly fast that I received it the next day! (Despite the fact that it's Christmas.) Also a good product. Some other reviews for other companies said the wood wool was delivered damp but 'We Can Source it' delivered a lovely dry product that will be great for assembling hampers. Thanks! :-)

Just not worth the hassle if you scroll down on the reviews there is a consistent theme of poor service & lost goods no doubt we will get another sarcastic response but research these guys before you use them
