If I could give it no stars I would! Onto my 4th email to their customer service team now seeking the address to return the item to. They REALLY don’t want to take returns so please listen to other reviews and avoid. Avoid. Avoid… Avoid!! Wishing I had done that now!

The response below is a complete lie folks. They have now told me I only have 7 days to return the dress… and have STILL not provided a return address. This is a scam. Beware and avoid the hassle.

This is the worst experience I've ever…

This is the worst experience I've ever had online shopping! I ordered a halterneck dress, the size was ok but the neck was wayyyy to tight I couldn't zip it up & the zip was poor quality. You have to send about 4 emails over the cause of 3/4 days before a return is agreed, they offer £20 vouchers & exchanges first and once your return is finally agreed, it cost £31 to send back from the UK and god knows how long it will take to get what's left of my money back. Please don't buy from this site, it's not worth it, find another site.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!
The dress I ordered was not as described, very cheap rip off version of what was advertised.
The return policy is the worst I have ever experienced making it deliberately difficult to return the item and leaving consumers out of pocket.

Terrible service

Terrible service! I ordered a dress which is too big for me, and I’ve been trying to return the item and get my £100 back for almost a month! Slow to respond, and so many hoops to jump through for a simple return and refund. Feels like a tactic so that I simply give up because of the hassle.

Very inconsistent

Wedtrend is wildly inconsistent as a whole. Their dresses may seem inexpensive but be aware they do charge $26.99 for shipping. I recently ordered two dresses here for my two bridesmaids. One bridesmaid received her dress with a shipping time of only 6 days and it was perfect. Fit great and looks beautiful. The other bridesmaid received her dress with a shipping time of 11 days and it has been one problem after another. They provided the wrong tracking number but when I reached out to Wedtrend they provided the correct number quickly. That was nice! Then the dress itself did not fit. It was advertised as a size 4 but fit like a size 0. The waist measured at 24 inches when it should have been 27. After the long shipping time, we cannot wait for another dress so I emailed customer support to request a refund. They denied my refund because the dress was a “custom color”. The dress was pictured as dusty rose and that’s what I ordered. There was no indication this was a custom color. I would not order here again as you just don’t know what type of experience you will have.

Don't try to return something

Don't try to return something! it's a nightmare! I ordered a dress and it's too small. I have been trying to return for two days and cannot get them to provide the information. In stead they keep ofering a 20% off coupon. i have asked to speak to a human and getting know where.

False advertising

Dress arrived after a long wait, even with paying for expedited shipping. The dress was poorly made and very disappointing. The bodice was disproportioned between the ribbings. The fabric was saggy, and the hem line was off. They would not help me because they claim my 14 day return policy was over, however they used my order date to say it was the date I received the product and too late for a refund or a return. False and I have the dates to prove it. You will not get a dress that is the quality of the one pictured. You definitely won’t get customer service.

Lots of Return Fees at Wedtrend

Ordered 2 dresses from Wedtrend. Shipping took a month. One dress was VERY ill-fitting and decided to return it. Wedtrend tried to get me to settle for a $14 coupon for a future purchase or a $9 partial refund to help cover altering costs. At this point they also asked what my profession was. How is this relevant? After letting them know this would not suffice, their next offer was a $28 refund on the purchase or 100% coupon code for a future purchase if I returned the item. Declined that offer. The next offer was for a "100% refund" if I followed specific steps and documentation for them. I opted for this one. I followed their instructions and they received the dress back (I paid for shipping for the order to my home and I paid again to ship it back to Wedtrend.) After they received my return, they let me know that I was not receiving 100% as promised, that they were taking out restocking fees, handling fee, and shipping fees. (Again, I paid for all shipping!) Suffice to say, this will be my only purchase ever from Wedtrend. Unless you can wait for your item(s) and are 100% sure you'll love them, don't take a chance on Wedtrend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

After checking the reviews decided to take a gamble on ordering my wedding dress from here. When it arrived it was full of blue pen marks from where the seamstress had cut the fabric. The stitching was also uneven. Considering I paid £178 for this I am not happy. The colour is also considerably different than the website.

I emailed them on the day to all 3 emails they have and I am yet to get a reply. Avoid if you can!!

be careful of being scammed i asked for a refund on a £92 dress was offered an £8 refund when i declined was offered £24 then told if that wasnt an option i could have a coupon please beware of this scam

Please, please, please for the love of God, DO NOT order from this company!! They are scam artists and a disgrace. I received a dress that was way to small to be a size 12. They make it impossible to return, I was also offered a £12 refund if I was willing to keep the dress....why would I keep something that is to small!? I paid £120 for the dress, and refused their ridiculous offers. I sent the dress back using Evri to an address in Texas, probably not even a real address. I have received emails from Evri to say they aren't responding to their emails regarding customs charges..I got in touch with them and they said they don't pay customs charges, and they recommended I put the value of the dress as £20 on the postage. There was no way I was going to do that, as I wanted to be insured in case something went wrong. They also mentioned AFTER I posted it there would be restocking fees and handling fees once they receive it, then they will refund the difference. Absolute disgusting company, and I won't ever shop there again. I just hope people read the negative reviews so they don't make the same mistake I did. I have currently raised a case with PayPal, so we shall see what happens! Lastly, you can also tell some of the positive reviews are fake, fake accounts and fake reviews! Just read them carefully.

Do not buy from this company, its a scam. Dresses arrived and were way too small, even though I checked the measurements. I was offered a £20 refund despite the dresses being over £200. Eventually they agreed to a full refund if I returned them. Have done so but the dresses have been stuck in Chinese customs for months so I'm unlikely to receive anything.

Disappointing & Difficult Return Service

I am extremely disappointed by the refund process. It should NOT be this difficult to get a full refund. Especially when it explicitly says on your website that it is allowed. I kept getting offered to keep the dress for 10% of the cost or get in-store credit. It took me several email conversations to even be offered the full refund option - and only after screenshotting your website refund policy. The entire time I felt like I was being scammed into not getting my money back. It took a whole month to get this all done. I will not be ordering from this company again. Absurd.

Read the Details Before Buying

I'm giving a lower rating because I placed an order on 5/20 and paid for expedited shipping. I expected that the order would arrive no later than today (10 days later). However, the dress will arrive at the earliest next week....which is after the event I purchased the dress for.

Here is the issue: there is a processing timeline for each order. Unless you specifically go to the "Shipping Details" page of their website, you will not know before paying money that there is an added 5-15 days added to the timeline for processing alone. The shipping dates get stacked on top of that.

This is really frustrating and now it is the day before the event....I will have to see if I can figure something out, which is challenging because of my size...I'm not too positive that I will.

It would be good to make the processing information blatantly clear to your customers BEFORE they hit the purchase button.

Poor customer support

Order was not dispatched in time period promised therefore arrived too late. Quality not as expected for price. Getting no response when trying to return item and states you cannot return until you hear from them. Feeling very frustrated as just want money back. Wish I had never purchased from them. Would not recommend.
Update after response - I have not received any further contact from this company. I have an account with them so they do have my details. I have emailed and messaged from their site on numerous occasions. Please do not buy from them.

God awful

God awful. False advertising processing times and shipping times. Feels extremely scammy. Nonexistent customer service, hidden taxes and fees, got snuck a shipping insurance fee that I did not select. Total BS. Ordered April 20, still haven’t arrived. It’s May 16.

I sent them two dresses for return in…

I sent them two dresses for return in one box and gave them all the info they requested. They only refunded me for one dress and will not respond about the other.
This outfit is a scam- beware. Once they have your money they go dark.

Shipping time is not advertised…

Shipping time is not advertised accurately. Bought a dress that was advertised to ship within 48 hours, shipping time 7-10 days. Bought a month in advance for a wedding, never received any updated tracking info until 4 contacts to customer service. Received tracking on day of delivery almost a month after purchase.

Returning was a hassle. Informed several times I wanted to tetirn as I had to buy another dress. They wanted explanation more than "I don't want items, as the event has passed".

Item ships from China and not within USA. It ships into another location in USA which has to have added label via USPS, thus delaying more. Teacking info from USPS transfer wasn't given

Unless you order months in advance, don't bother. Im 5'6 and with 4inch heels dress in front was about 6 inches too long. Not worth hemming.
