Webtrend is a great company. I ordered a dress, which was gorgeous and very well made; however, my daughter needed a larger size. (The dress was a corset dress, so order a size larger if you are chesty).
Customer service was WONDERFUL!!. I worked with Juliet and Mledoy. They gave me several options on how to exchange or get a FULL REFUND...100%. They understood that I was under time restraints and needed to act fast. It was easy and well explained. I got fast responses and I am just so happy with this company and the products. My daughter is going to look fabulous for her PROM.

The process was easy and I can’t wait to see the dress in person
I hate to only give this company two stars. The dress they provided was good quality and their communication was OK. But their return policy is probably the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire life. When you pick a dress they give you several color options. Once you choose a color option, they consider that a custom order and then you cannot return it after that. I was under the impression that an option was not necessarily a custom design. But when the dress came that I ordered burgundy and it was very red instead, I asked if I could return it and they said no. I don’t dare write a review on their website cause I know that they will just take it down if it’s bad. Just make sure you read the policy.
The dress was a great style, but since it was lost in transit I received a 100 percent coupon to re-order. I appreciate the company following their customers outcome on orders. Mledoy was kind in communicating the matter with me. Thank you!

THEY ARE LIARS. I SPENT $136.00 ON A DRESS THAT DID NOT FIT, WAS THE WRONG MATERIAL ADVERTISED AND BADLY SEWN. THEY ARE A FRAUD. YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE OF RETURN FOR REFUND. BIG SCAM.

This is a horrible website and shopping experience. If it wasn't a bridesmaid dress I wouldn't have purchased from here. They do not ship to my address so I am having to find an extremely inconvenient work around that will cost me MORE money on top of the $20 shipping fee. On top of that, they have the NERVE to ask for a TIP????? ARE YOU INSANE???!!!!!!! I have never seen this before and it is down right insulting. I will never shop here again and I cannot recommend this place. Look elsewhere.

Despite Wedtrend having made promises that they will look into a refund for me, they have refused to do so and keep claiming that they are "checking with logistics" and will contact me when they have an update. It has been months since they made these promises. I have not received the item I ordered, and I have not received any of my money back, either, and I have received no updates about when I am to receive my refund.

Scam-Like Return Process – Avoid This Company!
Wedtrend has the worst return process I’ve ever dealt with. First, they tried to get me to keep the dress by offering me $11, then $34. When I refused, they said I could return it—but only for store credit. After pushing back, they finally accepted the return, but it was a nightmare. I had to send multiple emails, receipts, and jump through hoops just to start the process. I’m sure I’ll have to keep bugging them to actually get my refund. Their customer service is shady, and the whole experience felt like a scam designed to make customers give up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They sent me the wrong dress!! I sent an email to get a refund and still had not heard back 5 days later. I went on their website to talk to an automated person and they said they would reach out via email. I finally got a response 3 days later saying they “received the package I returned” and that they are aware I “filed a complaint through my bank institution and that they will issue a refund” all of which never happened! So basically they gaslight and pass blame so they don’t have to take accountability and refund your order. SCAMMERS!

Horrible service. I sent an email within 24 hours of my order. I had to chat via internet with a bot (or so it seemed) to get a response as I never recieved an email confirming my request. They confirmed the time between the order and my email was in fact 24 hours however wouldnonly give an 80 percent refund. Never allowing me to speak with a manager or giving me a number. Horrible company.

Thrash company. SCAM ALERT !!!! It’s been a month I order my dress and nothing. I contacted the company to cancelled, they “accepted the cancellation “ but now they deny it saying that was a mistake of the attendant and soon my dress will be delivered. The event is in 3 days…I have to buy another dress and they didn’t refund me yet or send me the dress. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE .

My order took over 1 month to ship and when it arrived it didn’t fit so I emailed them to ask for a return. They did not answer me for another 3 weeks after following up 4 different times. Then finally responded with what you see in the attached screenshot, offering me a $10 refund. This company has misleading return policy on their site and does not have good business practices.

Ordered from this website knowing it was a risk. I needed a specific color and had a hard time finding it. Ordered December 31st and by February there was no indication that it was being shipped. They do respond to emails which is a plus.
In the end they lost my package. They offered to remake it but it never would have come in time. I was very stern but ended up getting full refund.
I give it two stars because they do respond and they did refund me. Don’t think it’s worth three stars because how can a company that sells bridesmaids dresses be so careless. They promised shipping time 7-10 days and it was triple that. And it was lost. Now I am in a huge pickle bc my backup dress won’t come until a week before the wedding.
Only positive is refund and them responding. I certainly will not be shopping here again

Responding to response: it was never delivered so that is incorrect. And if you meant it being shipped on time it was not. My receipt said 7-10 business days and it was not shipped even close to that time frame. But appreciate the refund so I can forget about this experience.
