The updated online app is very easy to use and even provides me with encouragement along the way.

The phone app does not work for me. You have not received several of my messages and have not fulfilled my July prescription. Yet I am charged a fee for the month....no service or medication received. I am extremely unsatisfied with WW. Letting you know this will not make a difference. I have expressed my dissatisfaction in the past and all you say is, "We are so sorry." Period. No action to mean you are really sorry.

I have reached out on four separate occasions to request cancellation of my membership due to financial hardship, and each of my requests has been denied.

During my most recent interaction, Nathan, a Customer Care Associate, advised that while I am not required to use the membership, the matter would no longer be discussed. Given that I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly and have clearly communicated the financial circumstances prompting my request, I was disappointed by both the response and the lack of willingness to further consider my situation.

I am respectfully requesting that my circumstances be reconsidered and that my membership be canceled without further charges.

I was not informed that I had signed up for a year and that if I canceled early that I would still have to pay. I have used this program off and on since 1986 when I became a lifetime member, whi9ch apparently means nothing. this is terrible customer service. I don't even think it deserves one star.

This program doesn’t make a lot of sense. You pay a fee for the the monthly membership which is an app. You then speak to a nurse eventually who can prescribe meds. I was not required to provide bloodwork while using the cash full price program and I was prescribed and was taking a GLP-1 for three weeks, but I found out I was eligible for a discount using insurance, but now they won’t authorize the insurance until I get blood work and that could take weeks. This is so confusing and does not make any sense. My quick pen malfunctioned so I could not take my last/final dose. They made me feel stupid and told me to review use instructions that I somehow successfully completed three other times prior. UPDATED: Really slow and incomplete responses from everyone but my prescribing provider. I completed the labs as requested. Everything came back normal. “Care team” is asking about information that I already uploaded to the App that they should be able to see like my last dose information which was prescribed by my WW clinician so why can’t they see that? I did everything I was supposed to, the nurse reviewed my results, messaged me that everything was fine, and my authorization was still not put in. It’s been weeks. This is beyond frustrating for a new mom who needs the help.

I thought it would be a more personal connection to the nutritionist than it is. Seems she is likely inundated with clients. Also, I had no intention of getting that extra addition to my plan but it happened so quickly I could not turn back, I tried….this is not representative of a single interaction.

I started Weight Watchers in 2021. I lost about 80 pounds initially. I really liked the green program and earning points for different items. It was fun to receive a charm in the mail when weight-loss milestones were met. It was simple, straightforward and easy to follow. Weight Watchers has changed dramatically since then. There have been many different variations, some better than others. It has changed the most with the introduction of GLP-1s. I started that program with WW about a month ago. If I had it to do over again I would have gone through my primary care physician. I feel like the WW program is a bit predatory and once you sign up they won’t let you change your mind. So I’m locked into $75.00 a month for a year though I would like to have a different choice. I feel like Weight Watchers is using their financial troubles to entrap their members. I’ll finish out my year and have a conversation with my primary care. I’ll definitely continue with the core WW program once that year is up because I still feel like WW is a great weight loss tool. I just think their GLP-1 program could use some tweaking and definitely should allow their members to change their mind if they choose to do so.

I had Ro in 2025 and then moved over to Weight Watchers. This was the biggest mistake of my life. They take forever in the day to approve anything, they want you to constantly update everything, they really don’t want to give you meds and unfortunately I signed up for a year and of course can’t get out it. Can’t wait for January to come so I can be done with them. They want me to log information form last month for a 2 pound weight loss I mean come how is that relevant at this point a month later.

Although I am sure that weight watchers is a great program, I am only 5 pounds over my comfortable weight and was looking for a quick fix to lose those 5 pounds for an upcoming event. I misunderstood and advertisement for a GLP 1 product and decided to subscribe. In less than 24 hours I tried canceling my subscription, I don't want to get my initial cost back, I just don't need to be committed for a year at $75 a month. I am disappointed that such a reputable organization is refusing to accept my cancellation less then 24 hours later. Shame on you! For this reason alone I would never consider your organization for any needs!! It was unclear to me... and that should be enough of a reasom
