Great workshops for building knowledge of program and tips for success

This is a predatory company who does not fully disclose their contract requirements until you decide to cancel within the 30 day trial period. Then they tell you that you didnt sign up for a trial, just a cheap version of their year long service. BEWARE! There are many other options out there that are free or much cheaper and do so much better.

I love the meetings in person.

I've been successful with the point system using the recipes shared having the community of other and the workshops are mostly beneficial. The only negative I can say is the workshops have similar talking point throughout a week. The coaches seem to push the conversation in a certain direction. A few weeks ago it was drinks almost every coach I tuned into online was pushing a drink conversation. After the 6th one I was over hearing about it and I prefer when the conversations are including members hearing their stories and not a pre planned over talking about something like drinks. I haven't been on the workshops since then it was so annoying. One coach event stated they had 17 hands raised. Which means 17 other weight watcher users I would have loved to hear their experience or him or whatever they wanted to share and instead the coach dropped all the hands and stated we were moving onto drinks again. It was very frustrating

Not sure yet. Haven't used the workshops. Still doing this on my own. We will see.

Ease of tracking points and support from Weight Watchers ensuring weight loss success.

Having the team leader Jen and the group of folks is huge. Jen is great in keeping the group focused and also very supportive

I am on the Med+ program for $75 a month. I feel that the $75 is just for getting my RX. I have submitted questions for guidance and the next correspondence usually doesn’t address the question. It would be great if a dietitian, to talk to, was available without an extra charge. I and I am sure others are struggling already just to pay the $500+ a month.

I am a lifetime member of WW since around 1979. It would be wonderful if Lifetime members got a bit of a discount.

So far excellent. I’ve always enjoyed WW and it’s helped me once again in my journey to loose weight. It helps me control my triggers and really watch what I eat.

Access to GLP-1s, combined with in-person meetings. Expensive but effective.

I thought I had signed up for a trial and attempted to cancel my membership. They said I would have to continue to pay for another 10 months. So I will paying for a service that I don’t like and don’t want. Looking at their reputation on BBB, they have had over 1800 complaints in the last 3 years and their billing and subscriptions seem to be the root of a lot of complaints and for good reason. They purposefully trap users into commitments and have no remorse for doing so. It’s a shameful business and I would strongly suggest users to use other platforms like Nourish. Nourish provide the same exact services for free. My dietician is paid for through insurance and all of their food tracking and recipes are completely free. Just stay away from WeightWatchers.

Love my meetings, weigh-ins and studio that I attend.

This program focuses on the many facets of weight loss and provides the tools needed to meet my goals . The tracking of many aspects, like water, protein,sleep and food intake makes it a balanced program and I’m seeing results
The app is fun and easy to use. The coaching and zoom sessions are helpful and engaging. Enjoying the workouts as well

I miss the days when in person meetings were in neighborhoods.
The food plan is still amazing and so livable.
I wish WW would go back to the basics of why we overeat and how to control it compared to relying on meds.

I have always loved weight watchers because it works

Well, in years past 2017-2020 I’ve lost 80 lbs on WW. I’ve kept it off for these past 6 years with calorie Control Program. I joined because I couldn’t Pass up the deal of $20. I use It for the workshops which I love, but honestly I’m still on the calorie program. Eventually, I will try the new program. I’m a creature of habit and a stubborn 75 year old. LOL

I love the support my group provides. We have become a big family.
