Easy to use and covers all aspects of Weight Watchers. Occasionally the app freezes, which is why it's not 5 stars.

Group meetings are very helpful and provide excellent information based on science. I’ve also signed up for medication. That is working well but I feel it would be better to have a phone call prior to starting the medication.

Weight Watchers is a scam. They got me to join by promising they coukd give me GLP-1s. After i joined they said it wasn't available in my area which they knew before I joined. Then refused to let me cancel my membership. They continue tocharge me every month even though I have canceled my membership. Do mot sign up with them or give them your card info. They use Bait and Switch. They promise anything to get you to join and after they have your card info they inform you that they cant do any of the stuff they said they could.

App makes it easier to be aware of amount of protein and fiber needed to stay healthy on GLP 1

Easy to follow and effective diet plan. Great selection of foods with easy to follow recipes. Good care team support.

**Extremely disappointing experience with WeightWatchers Med+.**

I joined WeightWatchers looking for help with weight loss and access to medical treatment. Instead, I ended up in a recurring $99/month Med+ commitment that I did not fully understand, barely used, and have now had an exhausting time trying to cancel.

What bothers me most is not simply that there was a contract. It is how WeightWatchers appears to rely on complicated commitment terms and automatic renewals while making it incredibly difficult for a consumer to get a fair resolution once there is a problem.

I signed up for an initial 3-month commitment. WeightWatchers has since told me that because I did not cancel before that period ended, the plan automatically renewed for additional months. I have asked them to provide the actual enrollment screen showing that my specific plan would renew into another multi-month commitment, as well as the advance renewal notices they say should have made me aware that another commitment was beginning.

Instead of addressing those questions, I was told by a Senior Care Coordinator that their team would **“no longer discuss”** my request to terminate the plan.

That response was astonishing.

Consumers should not have to dig through a 20-page membership agreement to figure out whether a 3-month health-related subscription will quietly become another multi-month financial obligation. And a company should not be able to end a legitimate billing dispute by simply announcing that it will no longer discuss it.

I also did not understand when I enrolled that the recurring Med+ membership charge was separate from the cost of the GLP-1 medication I was seeking. I did not actively use the care-team services month after month, yet the charges continued.

People come to programs like WeightWatchers because they are looking for help with their health, often when they are frustrated, vulnerable, and searching for solutions. Companies operating in that space should be held to an especially high standard of transparency. Consumers are tired of feeling like their need for help has become an opportunity for companies to lock them into recurring fees and then hide behind fine print when they object.

I am not asking WeightWatchers to erase a legitimate charge simply because I changed my mind. I am asking them to demonstrate that the recurring financial commitment was clearly disclosed, properly renewed, and appropriately communicated to me.

So far, they have chosen to tell me they will no longer discuss it.

I will not let this go.

I will continue documenting my experience, requesting the records related to my enrollment and renewals, and pursuing the appropriate consumer-protection and dispute channels until this is meaningfully addressed.

If you are considering WeightWatchers Med+ or WW Clinic, **read every word of the commitment and automatic-renewal terms, take screenshots of the offer you are shown at signup, save every email, and make sure you understand exactly what the monthly fee does and does not include.**

The program has been super easy and I appreciate the support that is available

I preferred the old WW dashboard on the app. Now I find it difficult to find everything n looking for I.e. record weight and find weight history, search food, etcLove the camera feature to break down food choices.

Not being able to have a real-time conversation with a member of my Med+ team is frustrating and inefficient. When questions are stretched over a day or two, I spend far more time thinking about the issue and waiting for answers than necessary. Even scheduled live text/chat support would be a major improvement.
The app has also been surprisingly difficult to learn, despite being very tech savvy. There are useful tools, videos, and seminars, but finding the right information is often a barrier itself. A live support option that could quickly answer questions and provide direct links to relevant resources would be far more effective than navigating everything independently or communicating with a chatbot that requires extensive reading and patience. Even the app-training seminar I attended was difficult to follow because the presenter talked through the features without actually showing the app screen.

Do NOT use Weight Watchers Med+!! They're is no +. It's web extended process, flipping you between multiple "providers" and service reps. They're is little attention to you, as an individual, so your prescriptions can take weeks. And with a 2-day turn-around for responses it's maddening.

Use RO or any other service for GLP-1s.

Working with med+ is very difficult. Trying to communicate was very frustrating. You have to message and then wait for response and if you have follow-up questions you then have to wait another day for response. The whole process takes so long. And don't change your mind in the process.would NOT recommend.

The updated online app is very easy to use and even provides me with encouragement along the way.

The phone app does not work for me. You have not received several of my messages and have not fulfilled my July prescription. Yet I am charged a fee for the month....no service or medication received. I am extremely unsatisfied with WW. Letting you know this will not make a difference. I have expressed my dissatisfaction in the past and all you say is, "We are so sorry." Period. No action to mean you are really sorry.

I have reached out on four separate occasions to request cancellation of my membership due to financial hardship, and each of my requests has been denied.

During my most recent interaction, Nathan, a Customer Care Associate, advised that while I am not required to use the membership, the matter would no longer be discussed. Given that I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly and have clearly communicated the financial circumstances prompting my request, I was disappointed by both the response and the lack of willingness to further consider my situation.

I am respectfully requesting that my circumstances be reconsidered and that my membership be canceled without further charges.
