ליבנת המקסימה מווליבוקס התקשרה לרואה חשבון והסבירה לו את הדברים. זה עזר מולו ופישט את העניין. הייתי רוצה שתהיה יותר תקשורת כזו, מעדיפה שיחות טלפון על פני וואטסאפ. שמחה שאפשר לבקש שיחה מהם. מה שכן, אין להם טלפון לעזרה והייתי מעדיפה שיהיה מספר טלפון למענה קולי, לא רק וואטסאפ. זה יכול לפתור דברים בצורה הרבה יותר יעילה ומהירה. בהתקנה הראשונה לקח לי יום שלם להבין לבד את המערכת. מענה קולי היה פותר את זה ב 5 דקות, כמו השיחה עם ליבנת.
