We went back to West Country Windows as were very pleased with windows & doors they fitted in our previous property.
The two chaps who fitted these windows were very friendly, courteous, left everything clean and the workmanship was second to none!! The windows are the usual excellent quality. We would definitely use and recommend them again :) Thank You

They came fitted my garage side door, were on time, efficient and the guy was very friendly even helping resolve an issue with our patio doors which had dropped.

All started with a quote for a replacement conservatory we were more than happy with, later arranged a start date that suited us, two men arrived who were polite, hard working and were particular about attention to detail, we are very happy with the end result, only drawback was having to restock the cake and biscuit tins...

Unexpected Garden room
I recently had a replacement door, windows and a conservatory installed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The craftsmanship was impeccable, with every detail attended to, and the installation team A.J. and Joe were courteous, professional, and punctual. The new windows have transformed the look of my home, keeping it warmer and quieter, while the conservatory is now a beautiful, light-filled space that we enjoy every day. Excellent quality and service
We are based in Exmoor National Park and needed a company who had full knowledge of dealing with all the planning and consent requirements. West Country Windows were recommended to us and we are so pleased that we chose them. We have had all our windows and doors replaced and West Country Windows dealt with all the planning requirements. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent. The fitters who came were excellent and super polite and tidy and a credit to the company. I would not hesitate to recommend West Country Windows. Our house is transformed!

Even better than we had hoped
Delighted with our new ‘timberlook' windows. We have not have uPVC windows before and were a bit nervous about how they would look in an old house. We need not have worried. They looked even better than we had hoped. Our fitters Andy and Mike were fantastic - punctual, professional, friendly and very tidy. We found West Country Windows easy to deal with and very helpful.

Replacement double doors.
We needed to replace a dinning room double door. Tony the salesman attended and and suggested we replace them with a single door which would be cheaper, provide a better outlook and make the room appear larger and brighter. The door when fitted was of excellent quality and we are so pleased with it. What a difference it has made. Well done Tony. Very friendly and efficient installation team. Great service. Thoroughly recommended!

We had our French doors replaced last month. From ordering through to installation they were very efficient. We have always used West Country Windows in the past.

No offers or gimmicks, just a great price.
We moved house recently and needed a new patio door. We tried several local companies, whose staff all appeared to have attended the same double glazing salesman course. "Special offers" if we signed now, "I'll ask my manager for a special quote" Anything but a straight forward price. They then sat there, hoping you will give in. West Country Windows were different, a straight forward price, no pressure, no special deals, or manager's offers. Also the lowest price we eventually recieved. The doors arrived and were fitted by an excellent fitter who made an excellent job of fitting the doors and was extremely tidy too.

West Country Windows replaced all my old windows with fabulous new ones. Customer service has been excellent from the first home visit with Spencer to completion. The fitters came at a time that worked for me, were kind, friendly and very helpful. They were very efficient, tidy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. This is the third time I've used West Country Windows and each time I've been pleased with the service provided by all members of staff. The salesman is very knowledgeable not pushy and gave us a good value deal. The fitters are excellent arriving on time and leaving the house clean and tidy after doing a hard days work. West Country Windows replaced my windows and doors on my garden room this month. The entire experience from the home visit and choosing the product to fitting was very professional. I chose a wood effect which I am extremely pleased with. West Country Windows have a very good reputation which was why I chose them rather than other companies I had quotes from and highly recommend them.

I cannot fault West Country Windows. This is not the first time we have used this company and had no hesitation in using them again. Lee and Aiden turned up on time and installed our two remaining windows. I must say they were not the easiest of windows to replace but they did a magnificent job and kept smiling. We are really impressed with the workmanship as before. This time they had to install a cat flap, again work done to a high standard. We will always recommend West Country Windows.
