Have been with Westfield for a long time. Paying a monthly payment. Did downgrade these payments on retirement. The less contributions equals less cover. Have approached Westfield to restore payments and cover to where they were. Westfield contracts will not allow this to procede. Disapointed, as the company do not take into consideration over 30yrs memership.

I asked a question about changing how I pay, the lady had to check as I was changing from my salary to personal bank account she came back and said it wouldn’t alter my long term enrolment in the scheme .
