I have a cash health plan, I submitted my claim in online, very straightforward process. Money in my account within a few days.

Really easy online completion and upload of my receipts for 2 claims that I made.
Dental claim was authorised and paid within 24 hours.
Joke provider
Fine when claiming for dental or optical. However anything else is a pain to claim back for.
I needed to see an osteopath after 9 months of been with Westfield. But apparently its in the t&c's that i need to get a letter from my GP to say that they advise that I see an osteopath, and that its not something I've had a problem with prior to taking out insurance. Obviously I didn't take out this insurance knowing id have to go through a GP to claim, I took out this insurance so I wouldn't need to go to a GP. Anyways, I've managed to get an appointment with the GP in a month's time for this and the GP said they will charge £30 to fill out Westfield's insurance form.
What a joke of a company, haven't had to do this with other providers.

Easy to make a claim and it was paid promptly.
Poor performance in various areas
The company make it very difficult to claim and put all sorts of obstacles in the way and the amount of the claims, when finally given, are paltry to the subscription that one pays. If Westfield paid out more in claims and less in sponsering sport to the extent that they do, I think it would be a lot fairer!
