Issue with payment as i submitted twice due to computer glitch. Problem fixed swiftly on online chat. A rare thing these days

I contacted Simply Health because I hadn't spotted that the scanning system had selected an incorrect claim amount. The person I dealt with was very helpful and did not waste time putting a note on my file - which should lead to the claim being revised to the correct amount. Very efficient and helpful.

I put in 2 claims within minutes of each other, one got approved the next day the other one they took 5 days to tell me the receipt isn't clear. Leaves me thinking surely you would look at both claims at the same time. Over a week now and still waiting for approval. Never been this slow on the past.

Have been a member since I was 16 in my own right and under my fathers account up to that age and have always been more than happy with the whole process and ease of submitting claims.
The policy is worth every penny it costs.

After waiting over 10 minutes on the phone I was sent a
link to reset my password which I did and I still couldn't
log in. I explained that I was over 84 and found this difficult.

Staff are very helpful but I think the plan itself is poor. I have not claimed in years and now I need to it hardly covers anything at all. Dental charges are expensive but very little is covered, £45 claim is allowed for a check up when you pay well over £100.
