if and when the product arrives i might leave a further and better review. I paid £1200 deposit for my pergola 6 weeks ago and have had zero communication since, not even an invoice for the balance, or details of how and when to pay it,
I have tried ringing numerous times and they never answer. 'your satisfaction is our priority' laughable.
I tried emailing, no response, i am beginning to think this is a scam. shocking customer service.

I originally placed an order for a pergola for several thousand pounds. Delivery date arrived and passed. Tried calling, never any answer. Livechat, just got fobbed off "will be dispatched Friday" - wasn't.

Pergola was eventually delivered. Product was missing some components and to be fair they were sent special delivery the next day after contacting them.

Happy with the actual product itself, but would be wary from ordering from this company again. Even recent reviews describe similar experiences so they still need to up thier game on customer service.

1 week has passed since my estimated delivery date. Cannot contact anyone as phone lines are permanently down. Difficult to contact on live chat and when I do get hold of them they say 'you will receive an update today' - nothing every comes. Beginning to think this is a scam company - do not order.

We ordered a Hygge Pergola on the 17th of April with the understanding expected delivery 5th-10th of June.
It arrived on the 6th of June we couldn’t be happier the status of delivery was given 48hrs before then regular updated times of delivery.
My only one niggle with Wetherby Furnishings is that they are very hard to reach via phone their answering machine wouldn’t allow me to leave a message and live chat was hard to reach someone After several attempts Peter from customer service called me back restoring my faith and resolving my query he was very informative and helpful.
Would definitely shop with them again.

I have to write this review as I have written 3 emails with no response over a period of 2 months. Used the chat box on the site and the guy (same one every time you use the chat) said he would get someone to phone me “tomorrow” nobody did.
I was meant to get my outdoor furniture by yesterday at the latest and have had zero communication.
The phone number says they are busy with other customers leave a name and number then it cuts out so you can’t leave details.

Shambles

We were after a fairly large outdoor dining table that has a firepit in the middle. Although I did come across a few on other sites, it just wasnt big enough for a comfortable experience I wanted. Came across one sold by wetherby furnishings and delited with our purchase. So far, I haven't had any issues. Very easy to set up and the firepit works flawlessly

We oredred a little bistro set for our balcony. Cant fault the company or the furniture. Seems good quality, arrived on time and kept in the loop.

Loving our corner lounge set. Arrived on time and very well packaged. Thanks once again to the wonderful support team that dealt with me.

Still waiting on item. Ordered it four times. Each time it's failed to arrive. No one at company has any clue why and continually ignore My atempts to get information. Shambles of a company.

The office desk arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. The desk did not take long to put together and the tools were provided. I previously had a black Piranha desk and went with white this time as it gives the room a bright & airy look. A very practical desk that can be used with other parts tucked in or open at an angle. I would definitely recommend the company and this desk, great buy 👍.

Item arrived in very short time and well packed. All components were labelled and numbered and corresponded to the instructions. Quite a complicated build - taking my time it took about 1.5 -2 days to finish. Everything fitted and they even supplied a screwdriver which was adequate for most of the fixings. The Tetra is a good sturdy desk for home use and ideal for my purpose.

I brought an ELVER desk Excellent product. Excellent service. I consider this product to be very UNDER priced.

First of all One of the worst customer service.
The product state in the picture that the table top is round corner. Thinking of that we have place the order and what we got is completely different. Colour don’t match, square corner, item missing from the box. However as we put the item together we thought we might keep it, but was not happy to pay the price. The seller insisted to send the product back unused but as we put it together we don’t wanted to Waste our time anymore. And also the item is already used and we were very certain that we would not get our money back. The worst company and not very good quality item. Later Amazon Step in and solve the issue. They should be banned from Amazon for false advertisement.

Love the desk..plenty of parts and couldn't have put it together on my own. Fortunately have a handy husband. I am impressed with the quality., perfect.

Just a nice looking desk and worth the money.

Ordered a new desk over Christmas to enable better working from home in the New Year. Their delivery partners failed to pick up from their warehouse and I received a phone call from Home In Online to explain this. Still received the desk a few days later.
Desk is good value for money and easy to construct when following the logical instructions.
Good service and good product, would buy from them again.

Great product well designed and made. Easy to put together with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone.
