good product but hard to assemble . however clear instructions and managed to do it in about 4 hours . looks good now constructed and happy with it.

Beware of delivery
Desk arrived flat pack as expected and the instructions were nice and simple. The issue I had was that I had requested a Monday delivery yet got a text Saturday morning stating the delivery would be same day which I was very surprised at. I waited in for the delivery only to discover that only one of the two cartons arrived. The driver was too quick (typical drop and run) and walked away without really caring as I was more than concerned that I had only received half of the desk I ordered. I was unable to chat with anyone online as it was our of their normal office hours. I spent the rest of Saturday and Sunday stressed that I had only been delivered half a desk. Thankfully Monday morning arrived with a text stating I had another delivery which when it arrived was indeed the other half of the desk .

We are very grateful for the detailed feedback, and while we are delighted to you found the assembly simple, we were obviously slightly troubled to hear you had issues with the delivery. While our contract with DPD (our main courier partner) states that they will not make any deliveries over the weekend, we have heard that in some cases they do attempt to drop consignments on Saturdays. While we requested your delivery be made on Monday, it seems that the two packages we shipped to you, while both leaving us on Friday on a next working day service, became separated from each other.
Sincere apologies if this early delivery of one of these packages caused any confusion or anxiety.

Emperor computer desk with draws.
Order the Emperor desk on the Fri 4/6/21 and was expecting delivery on Mon 7/6/21 but to my surprise the order was delivered the following day.
Great service fast delivery good product and excellent service from Home In Online. Will definitely order from this company again. first class service.

New Home Office Furniture
Most of the packages arrived on the first day and was easily assembled. The office chair was missing but after a quick email, this was dispatched overnight, no hassle and all very efficiently handled. Good solid furniture and well worth the money

Desk delivered on time and was a good quality product for the price, However it came with a 10% discount for a future "Matched" purchase, so I thought I'd get an office chair, Unfortunately a desk and office chair isn't a match? The desk and a set of draws are? Maybe the chair is matched with a Tumble dryer. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!

couple hours and desk was built and ready to go. Little metal columns are bit tricky to get attached but overall really happy with purchase and would definitely recommend.

Desk shattered
My landlord made me repurchase this desk, however had I had it my way, I would have without a doubt selected a different one. The last time I had this desk; whilst I was out the flat, the desk exploded into thousands of shards of glass. Thankfully none of my stuff was damaged minus a few scrapes, and no one was injured but this could’ve gone a lot worse.

Super clear instructions and product just as advertise
Instructions are super clear with ALL parts labelled (not just the screws) and the screwdriver provided is great for tightening screws in tight spaces when building the desk – though I recommend using a bigger one if space allows to make your lives easier. The finish is very neat and overall desk is super sturdy.
Delivery came on time (customer service were super responsive when the two boxes came at different times on the same day) and overall very satisfied with the product

Yes, we also would suggest using a long shafted screw driver if you have one, and where the space during assembly allows. This just gives that little extra bit of additional torque, making assembly even easier.
