Quick delivery and good instructions to assemble the products, desk and drawers well made

Great, and easy to assemble desk. Lovely, professional design gives extra attention to "cable management" with the metal trays across the backs of each desk (L shaped desk). The legs give it an extra flair, with the curved and sleek design.

Assembly is easy, but I'd suggest two people and more than an hour or two in your day. The tools are good, but sometimes the screwdriver is hard for some of the awkward angles that need to be reached.

The tower tray (separate from the desk, that sits beneath) is a little small to fit a customized tower, so it's rendard useless for us, but the desk is definitely wide enough for it to sit - which is another reason why we chose this one. The corner attachment is good, a little smaller than expected, but, the cat enjoys it!

The delivery was swift and earlier than expected. Came in two boxes, that was well packed - with no damage.

I have it 4 instead of 5 stars due to the small tower tray and small corner shelf. But, the desk is great qualify and sterdy. Great for a home office.

I was not happy with this as when ordered it was in stock on the 14/11/20. I was offered delivery for the Tuesday 17/11/20 but I was busy that day so asked for Thursday 19/11/20.
I got a email 18/11/20 from DPD that my delivery was on schedule for the next day. Then I received on the day of delivery telling me that my order was cancelled as they were out of stock. Why leave it to the day of delivery not when I ordered and paid for it. I then had to wait again for full refund to try look again somewhere else. So 2wks later I get refund and very disappointed with not getting item ordered. Won't shop with this company again.

If I had been told on the day of order or even the day after that it was out of stock I would of understood.

Delivery was really well done. The desk is fabulous - easy to assemble and a delight to use.

Reasonable price and product, however assembly was not easy in the slightest. Half the pre-drilled holes were not drilled through, most of the holes did not appear wide enough to accommodate the provided screws, and ALL the screws required a powerful drill to ensure they were screwed in far enough for the product to hang together without the heads of the screws getting in the way. The screwdriver provided was some use, but was only sufficient to get the screws in a fraction of the way.

One of the drawers did not fit together as the bottom of the drawer was wider than the grooves it was supposed to fit into, so had to sand the drawer bottom to make it fit.

On the plus side, the instructions are superb and very easy to follow.

Great experience. 2nd time purchasing one of their products. I had a code which wasn't working (refer a friend via website) and emailed them. They said to place the order and send the details for 10% refund as could not figure out why it wasn't working. They did just that.
Received via courier. Had a message and a timeslot. The blessed drivers bring the heavy packages single handedly up 3 half flights to my flat door.
I just made it last night. All pieces present and labelled well. Extra screws etc provided. The lil screwdriver is cute and useful. It took me less than 2 hours to build the peacock desk myself. Only needed help lifting n moving it when it was complete. The lil white things on feet come out when i moved it on my carpet. That's the only improvement i could suggest. It's a solid piece just like other item previously purchased via ebay. Well pleased and would come back again. Warranty for peace of mind too.

The quality of my Pirhana desk is excellent combined with the instruction manual.

So good I bought the filing cabinet, which was just as good.

Really good quality desk delivered as promised. Unfortunately, we noticed a small chip on the desk top when it was assembled. This was immediately rectified and a replacement desk top was promptly despatched. Excellent customer service - thank you so much

Lovely product at a good price. We had a part missing but the customer service via email was fab. Missing shelf was dispatched within 24 hours.

Excellent..ordered on Wednesday..arrived Thursday..delivery guy text beforehand ..lovely man carried into house......putting desk together?... instructions are really good .. each peace clearly labeled..but still took 4 hrs to build...it is a very sturdy desk and definitely would order again .
