Hopefully a one off
Never had a problem before with Whisky.Auction but this time I received 2 bottles that had leaked. One was not too bad so I accepted that but the other was badly leaking. T asked if it could be returned and I could be refunded but that was refused.

Fun experience
I had a 50 year old bottle of port which I was gifted. I held onto it for years but was never going to drink it. I requested a valuation, by sending photos and received a fast response with an accurate estimate.
The auction process and fees were explained. I posted the bottle and waited for thecauction, following the progress on the app. I received payment a few days after the auction.
As a random seller of one bottle, it was a great and exciting experience to delve into the world of whisky auctions. Would recommend.

Very Helpful Shipping Staff.

Initially obtained a valuation which I was happy with and decided to deliver my bottle for auction personally. I was kept abreast of events by email. Eventually my bottle sold at auction for well over the estimate and I received prompt payment.
