Shocking service you can never get through on the phone goes on answer machine or always no matter what time off day so I drive down there not busy and phone not being totally ignored
Also every time I go to collect my perscription Im always told I can only have one box to come back

Whites Pharmacy, Alahsa, Saudi Arabia. Saleswoman spoke no English, I spoke no Arabic, and she explained in Arabic, the she became Impatient and " ttttt..ed" me!

I went to whites pharmacy.
The cashier lady is rude to us.
We just try the make up tester there but the cashier is interupt with us.
Not allowed to try the tester.

We are old customer we always buy there a make up.

Shes being rude to us.

Because of that my friend and me we will not buy there anymore

The front door guy is rude
The Pharmacist is welcoming person

Horbury Road pharmacy Wakefield, terrible experience

I was told by the salesman that I could only pay by EBay gift card. Even though the amount due was $345+40 to ship He said I had to pay $400. He ask one question, my first name.

He then called me 18xs, on record, and demanded another $400, at total pf $800 and then called call to demand $575 in Ebay Gift Cards bringing the grand total to $1375.00 the price on the illegal website shos $345.
At this point the scam was obvious. I began recording the phone conversations which will be made available to authorities.

If you check the website you will see they are operating an illegal pharmacy.

I have been using White Pharmacy intermittently for over 7 years now. I worked as a nurse and due to the shift work and odd hours, White Pharmacy have been a god send in me being able to get my prescription. I am not sure why they have now been told not to help people like me. Instead of closing down vital services like this, maybe stop closing down surgeries so people don’t have to depend on the extremely helpful and important services that White Pharmacy provide.
Thank you for helping me when I needed it White Pharmacy, I wish you all the luck in the future. Hopefully I will remain a customer if yours once the arbitrary restrictions have been lifted.

I had been using White Pharmacy for some time, up until August this year and I can honestly say that they always gave an excellent service - from the simplicity of completing the order and ease of filling out the consultation, to the quick dispatch and delivery, and even aftercare. Not only were they my 'go to' for my medication, but they also took the time to give me advice and were always happy to help with any queries I had.
Sadly, they are now unable to supply the medication that I required, due to new regulations I believe. However, I would recommend this company to anyone who, like myself, often have difficulty getting appointments with my GP.
Thank you White Pharmacy for being a great help throughout that period and giving me the ability to live a somewhat normal life - pain free!

I have used this service for some time, never any issues, orders are processed and delivered quickly and I would recommend to anyone.
So, when I did have a problem which was NOT the fault of white pharmacy but rather the delivery company, I wanted to let white pharmacy know about the very disappointing delivery service, not really expecting a response, however, Lisa the office manager went over and above her role in sorting it out for me, she worked hard to find my lost parcel for 3 days and not only that, she kept me informed at every stage until I had my parcel. Outstanding customer service, thank you Lisa!👍

Top class company, and second to none,it's very professional and trustworthy. The ladies that answers the telephone are so kind and helpful, they really do care about helping in anyway they can. The doctors and pharmacist are always prompt and again very helpful, keep up the excellent service white pharmacy, you have my loyalty for many years to come.
