White Pharmacy provides online doctor and pharmacy services from its UK base in Surrey. We provide medicines and treatments for chronic pain relief, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, travel and smoking cessation. Our fully qualified, private doctors are all based in EEA and registered with their local medical bodies. Our pharmacists are UK qualified and registered with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council. The products we offer are supplied by UK based companies and meet all the necessary regulatory requirements. We have been awarded the EU MHRA logo proving that we operate legally. If you request a prescription-only medicine your medical information will be reviewed by one of our doctors who will make sure that it is safe and appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription will be provided by them and sent electronically to White Pharmacy to be dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched, in most cases, the next day, in a plain, sealed envelope by either DPD or Royal Mail.

Highly recommended
After consulting with my GP and a referral to A&E, it was determined that I likely have a trapped nerve in my neck. Unfortunately I have to wait up to 18 months for a referral to a neurologist. My GP was also reluctant to prescribe pain medication for the high levels of nerve pain I am suffering without a formal diagnosis.
I came to White's Pharmacy in search of the proper pain medication that I require. I got talking to them to get my prescription approved and instead of the skepticism that I had come to expect I had a kind and compassionate voice at the other end of the phone. Having read my description of my experience they also advised me to explore another route of potential diagnosis as my symptoms suggest that there could be damage elsewhere from an old injury. He also gave me some insight into what I may experience with regards to my neurology referral and other routes of diagnostic exploration.
In short, the process was quite easy to go through and proved to be very beneficial to both my health and state of mind. A very professional, thorough and courteous service

I'm sorry to hear that you had to go round the houses to get a diagnosis and that you have an 18 month waiting list to see a neurologist; but I'm also glad that Dr Dharmasena was able to give you advice and insight into your condition and treatment avenues.

After failing to get adequate treatment …
After failing to get adequate treatment for a trapped nerve I turned to Whites Pharmacy for help. I suffered 3 weeks of agonising pain. After speaking to Whites pharmacist a course of medication was offered to me. From order to delivery took less than 17 hours. I have been pain free since recieving the medication.
Professional, fantastic advice and an amazing delivery service. 5 star.

Amazing service
Amazing service, I made a mistake with the dispatch date and the women on the end of the phone was amazing! she paid the difference, so I got the delivery the next day on a Saturday before 10.30 as I had a wedding the same day, she was incredible!!
