White Pharmacy provides online doctor and pharmacy services from its UK base in Surrey. We provide medicines and treatments for chronic pain relief, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, travel and smoking cessation. Our fully qualified, private doctors are all based in EEA and registered with their local medical bodies. Our pharmacists are UK qualified and registered with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council. The products we offer are supplied by UK based companies and meet all the necessary regulatory requirements. We have been awarded the EU MHRA logo proving that we operate legally. If you request a prescription-only medicine your medical information will be reviewed by one of our doctors who will make sure that it is safe and appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription will be provided by them and sent electronically to White Pharmacy to be dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched, in most cases, the next day, in a plain, sealed envelope by either DPD or Royal Mail.

I was between doctors as I recently moved but also the health concern was quite personal too so i had reservations about having to 'show' a doctor. I received outstanding customer service and my mind was put to rest very quickly about using an online service. They were very thorough and very professional. The best ethical, professional and caring online pharmacy in the UK!
White pharmacy really do care about your health. They don't just distribute medication 'willy nilly' and ask deep probing questions to ensure you understand what you are taking and they understand the need. Sometimes i cant get in to see my GP for weeks so its great to have them there. They are not a GP replacement but an amazing, caring alternative when needs must. I was very disturbed to see the CQC temporarily stopping them prescribing certain things claiming their practices weren't as good as they could be. Absolute rubbish. They will not prescribe if they are not happy. You have to jump through hoops as is right. There are some very dodgy online pharmacies out there and White Pharmacy is NOT one of them. They are back up to full strength I gather now which is brilliant. If you are looking for health support and medication, choose these guys over any others. Ethical, professional and very caring. My number 1 every time

It’s a real relief to hear that you have taken the Pre-Treatment Consultation in the spirit it was intended. You wouldn’t believe how many sleepless nights we’ve all had thinking of a solution that would not only satisfy the regulators, but also improve our service for our patients. I was really worried that lots of patients would see the Pre-Treatment Consultation as an extra, completely unnecessary and difficult hoop to jump through – but judging from the positive reviews that we’ve had on Trustpilot and the enjoyable conversations that we’ve had with you, I’d say that it’s actually been a resounding success!
We believe that the concerns raised by the CQC have been put to rest in this new stage of the ordering process. The Pre-Treatment Consultation enables us to build up a more complete picture of your condition and your situation. I would just like to add in response to the positive feedback both Charlotte and I have had, that it has been a pleasure for us to spend time with our patients and to get to know you all much better.

White's provide a great service. You are asked to complete an in-depth questionnaire which makes you feel confident you are getting genuine medical assistance. They are discrete, helpful and fast. They come back to you very quickly with any queries you have and are available via the phone or email.

Introducing a one-off Pre-Treatment Consultation can cause some minor delays, but we have found that it is an invaluable opportunity to really get to know all of our patients and to offer them bespoke help and advice that is suited to them.
We strongly encourage all of our patients to register with a local GP surgery, as we cannot be your primary source of care. We also encourage you to arrange regular appointments with your GP, as they can assess your condition and it's development face-to-face and they might be able to offer insights that we can't when distance prescribing.
