White Pharmacy provides online doctor and pharmacy services from its UK base in Surrey. We provide medicines and treatments for chronic pain relief, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, travel and smoking cessation. Our fully qualified, private doctors are all based in EEA and registered with their local medical bodies. Our pharmacists are UK qualified and registered with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council. The products we offer are supplied by UK based companies and meet all the necessary regulatory requirements. We have been awarded the EU MHRA logo proving that we operate legally. If you request a prescription-only medicine your medical information will be reviewed by one of our doctors who will make sure that it is safe and appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription will be provided by them and sent electronically to White Pharmacy to be dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched, in most cases, the next day, in a plain, sealed envelope by either DPD or Royal Mail.

Perfect company
I have been using whites for almost a year now after an accident, having finding it so difficult to see a GP. The service is absolutely top class and wipes the floor with its competitors and on the very vey odd occasion they do make a mistake they bend over backwards to rectify it. Great service, amazingly cheap prices, genuine products and super fast delivery. I cannot recommend whites enough.

We don't claim to be perfect, but we will always do our best to react to last-minute requests for changing a delivery address or upgrading a delivery. Whilst we try to be as thorough and accurate as possible with actioning these requests, it would really help us if all patients also checked their order details thoroughly before pressing that all-important checkout button.
I would just like to take this opportunity to issue a plea to all of our patients: please ensure you enter your current and correct mobile number when you order a pre-treatment consultation. We appreciate that it is not always possible to have it switched on and on your person - but if you could stretch to this, it would help to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Again, Id like to thank all at White Pharmacy for their thorough and attentive approach to meeting the needs of their patients. As always the service is safe and reliable with follow up correspondence and a team willing to help with any queries or concerns in a timely and courteous manner. I find it reassuring that I can contact a member of the team at any time during the working week and know that my needs will be addressed in the appropriate fashion. This is a far cry from a local health service which, on most occasions, can not be accessed in less than 3 weeks from an appointment request. A true godsend!

Very good service
Very legitimate service, very punctual and very understanding which is what I needed. The underlying problem I had I couldn't approach my doctor as I was too scared. But when the pharmacist rang she was very understanding and she processed my report for the doctor to see. Item came as prescribed no delays I would very much recommend this service.

the service is unbeatable. they listen and suggest and give you the best advice around. meds. are priced correctly. i hope they expand to skype doctor appointments as , for me , it is very difficult to get around.
