When I accidentally ordered the wrong trailer, not realising that the jogging attachment wasn't compatible with it, a Wike representative called me to explain the situation and then offered me a small discount on upgrading to the correct trailer. This was much preferable to ordering the wrong one and being stuck with it.

Fait très bien pour tout ce qui est à faire. Ce que je changerais:
-mettre des suspension si possible
-régler le probleme qu’il à toujours envie de verser par en arrière
- allonger les plastiques car ils rappetissent l’hiver et ils ne ferment plus (autant celui à zip et celui à velcro)

J’ajouterais que j’aimerais beaucoup pouvoir faire du ski de fond avec. Il serait bien d’ajouter cet option comme le thule.

We received the shipment quickly and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. We would definitely recommend this product. Our son is 4 and tall for his age, and we have always struggled with finding a trailer with enough headroom. This works great!

These products are exceptional. I purchased the premium double and the smaller storage with the cover. Both are amazing quality. My kids love their trailer. It's big enough for them and for everyone's stuff in the back trunk area. Definitely recommend upgrading to the Premium over the regular Double Trailer, the extras are worth it

Just bought a electric Salamander cargo bike. The bike itself is amazing. It rides well and has great cargo capacity. The folding design is brilliant and allows for dual use and easy storage. We are even able to fit it in the back of our Prius. We live in the Guelph, Ontario area and were able to go to Wike to try and buy the bike. Overall, a top notch experience.

I was contacted right away to see if I would rather pick my trailer up rather than have it mailed within the same city.

the quality of the item is above the rest and i may order the extension for the bike to cart attachment in near future other companies do not have that advance though when it comes to people who still like too canoe

This special needs Trailer/Carriage/Jogger is not just light and maneuverable, it changes to any 3 configurations in a FLASH !. Even IF you don't need it for special needs, it is extremely well designed with great materials. The Best thing about this product, they put A LOT of thought into it. Sometimes, most of the time, simplicity is always better. We are actually amazed. Wike is simply the Best we have tried. We do have a special needs child, but considering another for our huge Dog!

This is our second Special Needs bike trailer from Wike. Our first has nearly 12,000 miles on it and is finally tiring a bit. The new trailer is the extra large special needs trailer and will allow our daughter to ride many thousands of miles into the future. Ordering was seamless and shipping was extremely fast. as I wear out items wike has great replacement support catalog and very helpful associates that make it easy to keep us on the road
