Love this product, thank you!

For me, this 3-in-1 carrier is a nearly perfect tool. At 76, I don't have tads to tote, but plenty of other stuff—groceries, tools packages etc. I easily removed all of the kid carting attachments to provide googobs of space for my stuff, top up or down. I can now walk, run or ride with cargo—no tarp necessary.
I have other bike carts from Wike, Burley and Aosom and they are all good but none as versatile as this, IMO.
The setup was easy and almost tool-free, with only a 5mm. hex. Great purchase price, as well.
My only changes would be: a way to lock the top down when it's folded; a way to stand the carrier vertically; the parking brake needs more-solid engagement.

Great product. Customer service is the best I have ever experienced. When an order got cancelled through a secondary website I called the company to see if we could get a special needs trailer before Christmas. The person I talked to was kind, and was able to get a trailer shipped immediately so my daughter could indeed get the trailer in time Christmas. Then she even called back to fill me in on why the previous one has been canceled.

This is the second Wike we bought. The first one is still in daily use for the last 4 years. This is the biggest, strongest and most compact stroller-trailer. Durability and quality is superb, although I noticed that cabin and cargo space material on our new one is a bit thinner. Hope it won't matter and affect performance and it will serve just as good as the first one. Our autistic kids love riding in them. The only "weak" part is swivel wheel. We buy a new one every year or so. But we use it hard and take it on trails and such. When we needed the second one we did not hesitate to choose Wike. You can't beat quality price ratio. Shipping was free and quick. Also we enjoyed 100 dollars off on holiday sale. Because we bought it directly from their website. (The first one we bought through Amazon didn't get any discounts).

Although my purchase is not here yet, should arrive tomorrow, your company has been so helpful to me. Madison especially has been so helpful and nice. I had an issue with the address the item was to be shipped to and Madison was able to change that for me with UPS. She helped calm my nerves over the mistake. I now wait for tomorrow with my cart hopefully coming to the correct address. Your customer service so far has been up and beyond expectations.

Excellent company to deal with my trailer had some minor problems wike made it right I would highly recommend then if your looking for a work trailer or any bike trailer

I don't remember the name of the customer service manager I spoke to (1-866-584-9452) but this made all the difference in selecting the correct product for my needs. I would have likely not ordered from you otherwise because there had been an error in the product description on your website.
We have not used our new boat cart yet because it is winter time now, but the product arrived promptly and was easy to assemble with clear instructions.

Trailer saved my business...my old landscape trailer was way too small and this is perfect.
