Absolute shocking experience, ordered a XL men’s jacket, when it came they had sent a XXL but it was so small. When I requested a return (their website clearly states you are able to return within 30 days) they refused to process a refund saying their returns policy doesn’t cover change of mind. Avoid at all costs!

Hat is fine - fits ok, and seems to be fairly well made. I didn’t realise it was coming all the way from China though. Shipping did take a while, but there were a lot of updates on progress.

The product does what it is supposed to do very well and with ease of operation. Anyone wanting sharp kitchen knives can use this.

Product was delivered promptly with a confirmation call before. The night light was a gift and although I thought it was going to be bigger it was perfect

Don't even deserve 1 star. Stay away from this company. Won't engage with me regarding a product that arrived faulty. Supplied evidence then went silent. They later responded that because I no longer want the item it falls outside their return policy. Hold onto your money these guys are just ripping people off

Easy to order and pay. Only thing…it wasn’t obvious that the sandals come from the US? So a long wait for them.
A month after I got them, the plastic ´jewels’ started to fall out and the fabric of the sandals is fraying.
I wouldn’t recommend them.

Awful experience! Item arrived and looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. It looked more like something you’d win at a fair! It was also damaged as was the packaging.

Despite what appears to be a fair returns policy this company have refused to send me a returns address or process a refund, instead I’ve had no option but to dispute the transaction with my bank

DO NOT buy anything from these scammers!

So ordered a reversing camera and screen .But a problem with the last bit of the transaction so refreshed the screen and then the next day I received an 2 emails thanking me for the purchase .After checking the emails I realised that I had been invoiced for two cameras and two screens.I informed the company but the refused to change the order I would advise people to avoid this company

This is the second review I am writing, as I am still dealing with this transaction.

I placed my order at the end of May and the issue remains unresolved. The company sent the wrong size boots and poor-quality gloves, and despite repeatedly contacting them, I am still no closer to receiving a proper resolution.

They keep sending the same generic email saying they have raised it and the money should be soon be credited to my account, but nothing actually happens. I have exchanged multiple emails, provided the photos they requested, and given them every opportunity to resolve the matter properly.

At this stage, their lack of action and failure to deal with a simple exchange/refund is disgraceful. It should not take this long to resolve an issue caused by the company sending the wrong item in the first place.

They currently owe me £56.1, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

I ordered a tracking device for here and they sent the wrong thing so asked for a refund I was told I could not have one so that's £60 pounds down the drain

Very poor customer service. Do not order from them.
I did not receive my goods and they did not give me a refund.
I had to take it up with my credit card company.

Speedy delivery from China (just over a week), and a good product at a reasonable price.

I ordered the same bags, and I want to cancel one, but they said that the already shipped. After the bags came, is not the same at picture on the website so I messaged them that I want to return the item, they saying that if they item is not damaged i can't return it back, they are frustrated, they want only your money

ordered a pair of lawn sprinklers, they arrived okay but are very poor quality. Asked to return as per their returns policy, they refused to accept a return. After 9 further emails they simply did not reply. Still trying to return but I'm not hopeful. Would advise anyone to avoid this company.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Bought an electric mosquito catcher. Had it plugged in for 16 hours over 2 nights never caught a thing. Set 2 videos to them of before and after and said I wanted my money back. Refused on grounds that it was customer preference to return it!!! Outrageous DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!
