Took a little while to receive the bag ordered but worth it. Good quality, good size and nice colours.

This is a buy to order company, allegedly based in Europe but ultimately out of china. Customer service was not very good. Quality of goods bought, very poor. I tried to cancel my order, they refused. I tried to return my (unopened) order, they refused. Please avoid this company. I will be looking to take this matter further using my consumer rights. AVOID

Don’t touch them!
The whole experience was horrendous. Goods arrived in badly damaged and split inner and outer packaging with component parts slewing around in open box. That was one thing though, it happens….but when I tried to get a refund in accordance with their published returns & refund policy, which I had checked prior to purchase, I have had the utmost difficulty. I have sent numerous pictures as evidence, which they have asked for more than once, and the chain of emails must have taken days off my life. It is still on going, and now they say they have sent me a replacement, which I don’t want and didn’t agree to. Completely unprofessional and inept company to deal with who are sucking customers in with returns policies that they don’t uphold.

The hat is exactly what I wanted - a good (but adjustable) fit, light weight, wide brim AND a gap for my ponytail! Great for everything from wild walking to gardening.

Despite this, I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known that it was being sent to me in the UK from the USA because of worries about delays and import taxes… but everything went incredibly smoothly. I even had a phone call to say that my order had been received and to expect it shortly!
Everything went to plan and I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They state any item can be returned if you change your mind. I wanted to return some poor quality shoes that were the wrong sent size. This was their reply - Unfortunately, we cannot approve your return request, as our policy does not cover returns based on personal preference or if the product is no longer needed. We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any unmet expectations.
So they sent me the wrong shoe size, poor quality and wont adhere to their advert promises. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Delivered on time ...I brought a soap dispenser...happy with item looks good and sturdy...Good price would recommend.

Purchased an item that was broken on arrival. Contacted the customer service to get it returned who asked for a video to show the item wasn’t working which I sent and then they cut off communication. This is a terrible

Well where to start, Do Not Order From This Company, ordered a bath mat which cost £30 took 3 weeks to arrive , wrong colour sent, looks nothing like what is advertised, staining on it!! , no response to emails sent, bath mat looks really cheap, AVOID

Item not received after a month. Was required for this season.
Contacted customer services twice who assured its on its way. Read reviews already on Trustpilot which are terrible. Will have to contact my bank to pursue a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Seriously avoid this company. Wish I’d read the reviews on here as went with a product comparison website to purchase 3 of Buzz-Free Smart Mosquito Trap. One arrived damaged and unusable and the other two products are laughable.

No bugs caught and although the up light comes on the fan is very ineffective. The usb cable is laughably short to almost render it unuseable.

Contacted customer services and they send to send proof of damage which I did, chased and gave up as they completely ignore me. All products won’t be used so a complete waste of money and terrible customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Well packed, good communication and a very good quality product. Reliable purchasing, I would buy here again.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.
Delivery took weeks and weeks. The it’s has finally arrived and it is clearly the product of a sweat shop.
I ordered a swimsuit. The entire torso length is inches too short to even get on, I’m only 5’3 so decidedly petite.
The suit has fitted cups but they are basically at the neckline (it’s a rash suit style so high neck) there’s no way it could ever fit anyone.

There is non existent customer service. All in all it was a horendously bad experience

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! bought some women’s clogs, totally the wrong size, I ordered 7.5 and was sent size 9. Completely different clogs to what the picture advertised and what was sent. Refused to refund me even though the website states 100% refund guaranteed if not satisfied! STAY AWAY!

Sadly I have joined a long list of customers who were badly treated by this truly dreadful company.

Achieving delivery of my order took over two months and required lots of emails. The email responses to my "reaching out" were almost certainly composed by bots rather than people.

The product arrived today. Instead of a high specification waterproof and breathable cycling jacket, I was sent a much inferior impermeable polyester "boil in the bag" jacket from a different brand.

Reading previous customer reviews, I have little confidence of receiving a refund.

I agree with most previous reviewers. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Terrible experience never use this company when ordered a pair of shoes after taking 4 weeks to arrive the wrong size arrived and was refused a refund. Poor quality poor service and terrible items do not buy from them

I had to give 1 star here but wished I could have given zero stars, but you can't. Don't buy from this company, really terrible customer services, I ordered a pair of trainers in a UK size 13, they sent a size 10, which was obviously too small for me. I sent a very polite email asking for a pre-paid postage label so that I could send them back as THEY had sent the wrong size. I left a poor review, they contacted me and asked what was wrong, I explained, they then simply GHOSTED me!! So I have a pair of useless trainers now. I'm going to try a chargeback on my credit card, might not have any luck but I'll try anyway, but just don't buy from them, awful company.

The item, a mobile phone dashboard holder arrived safe and sound ... and works well for me. My only complaints were that:

a) delivery took quite a long time in transit;

b) although the boxed item was in a secure postage bag, the manufacturer's box containing the item was surprisingly badly damaged; however the item contained in the box was quite undamaged.

So, thankfully, I got what exactly what I had ordered ... but cosmetically the delivery was not what it might have been.

An absolute disgrace. My shoes took weeks to arrive, then when they did they were too small. They will not allow me to return them and lie about their return policy.

It states

" Change of Mind Returns
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected"

Yet they keep just repeating that I am.not eligible for a refund.

I don't think they even read my emails to ask for an explanation but just keep sending the same pre typed reply.

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. They do not abide by any of the policies they claim on their website. Firstly this is a Chinese front company so goods take a long time to get to you. The goods supplied are inferior to the manufacturers claims. If you try to claim a refund for inferior goods or even to return within the 14 day window you will be refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Slow in every way possible
