Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are genuinely sorry to read how disappointed and frustrated you feel, and we would like to respond fully to clarify the situation.

Firstly, regarding the gift cards — after carefully reviewing our system, the only gift cards linked to your email address were purchased in December 2020. Both were successfully issued and fully redeemed:

One £50 gift card (Order #21726) was used in January 2021, with £49.79 spent.

A second £50 gift card (Order #21727) was fully spent in February 2021.

In addition, our records show a more recent transaction on 18 January 2025 where £80.00 was paid using a gift card, alongside £4.39 via Visa (Apple Pay).

We do not have any active or remaining gift card balances under your name. All cards associated with your email have been redeemed successfully.
Regarding stock levels, we would also like to explain that we previously imported the majority of our products. Due to Brexit and the introduction of new import fees and regulations, unfortunately we have not been able to maintain the same regular stock levels as we did prior to these changes. We completely understand how frustrating this can be for customers, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you believe there are additional gift cards that have not been used, please provide the relevant order numbers and we will investigate this immediately. Should any valid balance remain, we will of course arrange a refund straight away.

Finally, with regard to Companies House information — it appears there may be some confusion. We kindly ask that you ensure you are reviewing the correct company details relating to Wild Game Meat Ltd, as information for other businesses does not apply to us.
