Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the delay with your order.
Your order was placed outside of our dispatch hours, which meant it automatically rolled over to the next fulfilment day. Unfortunately, the bank holiday weekend also affected courier collections, as no collections take place on Mondays. Because of this, your parcel was dispatched on Tuesday on a next-day service.
We completely understand how frustrating this delay must have been. To avoid further disappointment, we will be refunding your postage fee. We truly value your custom and hope this helps make up for the inconvenience.

I've eaten the sausages, steaks, dices venison and haunch on the bone and they all tasted absolutely heavenly.

Excellent venison and gluten free sausages and 5* service
We have been ordering Wild Game Meat venison and sausages since February 2021. Their products are excellent and service is swift. I usually collect from their depot in Bury St Edmunds and it is available often the day I order it. A consistently excellent experience.
